项目的目的是探索分区制的可能性，在一座办公居住综合体中形成不同的室内外空间形态。
The project proposes an exploration of the potentialities of the zoning code, to generate different interior and exterior spatial conditions in a residential and office building.
项目的设计策略是将较小的单元互相分开，创造出由大单元占据的空间：因此，有单层高度的区域和双层通高空间，后者的前面还有一个露台。
The project strategy is to separate the smaller units from each other, creating spaces that are occupied by larger units: as a result, these have a single height area, a double height area, and a terrace in front of the latter.
如果被用作居住单元，那么双层通高空间可以作为餐厅使用；如果是办公单元，那么可以用作一个大的工作室空间。单层高度的区域可以作用卧室，会议室或者私人办公室。大小单元可以组合在一起形成更大的房间。
The double height space can be a dining room if used as a dwelling unit, or a large workspace if used as an office. The single height area can be used as a bedroom, a meeting room, or a private office. Large and small units can in turn be combined together to form larger apartments.
