IS ARCH Awards 是为国际建筑系学生以及年轻建筑师设立的国际学生建筑奖，提交的作品不需要遵从特定主题，个人或团队都可以参加。第四届IS ARCH Awards结果已经知道了！就在8月4号答案揭晓了。在2014年的IS ARCH 中，共有204个参赛项目，在这里，我们恭喜这些获奖者了。      IS ARCH组织团队和技术陪审团的组成成员有Professor Sir Peter Cook, Odile Decq - Studio Oldile Decq, Fuensanta Nieto - Nieto Sobejano Arquitectos, Diego L. Today, August 4th, have released the results of the 4th Edition of the IS ARCH . In this fourth edition have been submitted 204 projects. Congratulations to the winners! 这个庞大的裁判团是由80％的技术陪审团和20 ％的普通公众组成。IS ARCH团队成员认为建筑就像是一个为社会服务的工具，因此，每一个人都应该谈一谈自己的看法。       每个参赛项目中有20分是广大市民在我们网站上通过投票得来，如果没有获得市民的投票，那么项目在这20分中一分都拿不到。这个区间的其他项目都会根据这个比例确定分值。同样，每个项目剩余的80分将会由陪审团来裁定，最终确定会给多少分。 The evaluation system has been provided with the amount of 80% by the technic jury and 20% by general public votation. The IS ARCH Team understands the Architecture like a tool on the social service and in that way everybody should be able to speak about it. The maximum puntuation with 20 points was given to the project that got the bigger amount of votes on our website and 0 points to the one that did not get none, therefore the remaining projects’ points have been defined between this interval proportionally. In the same way the 80 points from jury members have been calculated.
