From the architect. The property is located on a site with a smooth, continuous slope toward a large valley, it only has trees on the perimeter as it was for agricultural use.

本项目是按照线性的方式排列起来的大空间，同时，房子的所有空间通过一个阳台面向室外景观。通过横向交叉布置房间的木质主体部分，可以更好地控制房子的侧面景观和它的主体墙。

The project of the house is a large space that is laid out in a linear manner with all the spaces towards the view through a terrace. Crosswise an intersected body finished in wood controls the side view of the house to the party wall.

房子的主要结构是由具有富有节奏的金属制成的，同时还有次级木质结构。木质结构的主要作用是允许建筑能够完全与地面隔开，以容纳所有设施铺设于住宅之下。

The main structure of the house is made of metal with a very marked rhythm and has a secondary wooden structure which allows it to be totally separated from the ground, allowing the passage of all facilities below the house.

整个房子的表皮均匀而简单，没有覆层，地板是由抛光打蜡的清水混凝土制成的，墙壁是混凝土材料，分区均采用清水混凝土块。玻璃分区被铝条分割成框架，同时还运用了双层玻璃的热控制系统。

The finishes throughout the house are very homogeneous and simple, without claddings, the floors are made of exposed, polished and waxed concrete, the walls are made of concrete and partitions are made of exposed concrete block. Glass partitions are framed in aluminum and have double glazing for thermal control.

该项目有太阳能系统提供热水、净化结构及收集、储存雨水的各类水箱。由于房子的朝向问题，我们设计了木制屏风用来防晒。

The project has solar systems for water heating, treatment plant and various reservoirs and storage tanks for rainwater. Due to the orientation of the house, we designed wooden screens for sun protection.
