　　作为欧洲文化艺术的摇篮，文艺复兴运动重要的发源地，也是众多现代艺术流派的温床，意大利除了具备奢侈品牌诞生需要的浪漫、富裕和贵族血统外，还有必不可少的艺术氛围。
　　时尚与设计，都是意大利美学、文化以及品质的卓越代表。时尚现象与潮流在时尚的交替中影响着当代设计的发展与方向，给予设计以向导。设计的创新，则创造出新的时尚。
　　本场讲座我们邀请两位来自意大利马兰戈尼学院两位资深时尚设计讲师Giusi Lara和Gianvito D’Onghia ，带领你探索时尚与设计之间的辩证关系，以及二者之间的相互渗透与融合。从理念、到产品，再到成果，带你系统认识意大利时尚与设计。

　　意大利马兰戈尼学院深圳校区·教学总监
　　朱曦莨女士在时装设计领域拥有20年经验。来自意大利撒丁岛，后前往米兰，求学于世界三大服装学院之一的马兰戈尼学院，修读「时装设计」本科课程。毕业后曾服务于Missoni, Iceberg, Anna Sui, Christian Lacroix, Les Copaines, Colmar等意大利或国际化的一线时尚品牌。2003年，在米兰开设了自己的工作室，并作为自由设计师在趋势预测、新市场开拓方面开展工作，并为俄罗斯市场的快时尚品牌提供顾问咨询服务。
　　Giusi Lara has 20 years experiences as a Fashion Designer. Born in Sardinia, Italy, she moves to Milan where she attends the three years bachelor course of Fashion Design at Istituto Marangoni. After the graduation, she worked for several leading Italian and international brands, Missoni, Iceberg, Anna Sui, Christian Lacroix, Les Copaines, Colmar. After four years she won a scholarship, and attended a master course in pattern making and tailoring for menswear, and then she started working for Etro. In 2003, she opened her own studio in Milano and started working as freelance designer in trend forecasting and exploring new emerging market, consulting as art director for fast fashion brands within the Russian market.
　　朱曦莨女士同时具备在马兰戈尼学院不同校区近15年的资深教学经验。主要教学领域包含时装绘画与设计、系列开发、研究与发展、产品管理、时尚系统、时尚趋势等。2012年来到中国，成为马兰戈尼学院上海校区教学总监;并曾在位于福建厦门的某大型男装品牌担任设计总监，对于中国的时尚系统和行业有着实际的经验，以及深入的认识。现担任马兰戈尼学院深圳校区教学总监。
　　She has around 15 years teaching experiences in different schools of Istituto Marangoni. Since 2003, she had been teaching in Istituto Marangoni (Milano School) in subjects such as Fashion Drawings, Fashion Collection, Research and Design, Product Management, Fashion System, Trends. In 2012, she flew over to China to kick off the new project of launching the IM Shanghai branch, in charge as Director of Education. While in China she had the chance to work as a creative director of a massive menswear brand of 4000 stores, in Fujian province, relocating in Xiamen and gathering useful industry insight about Chinese fashion system and industry. Currently in charge as Director of Education in Istituto Marangoni Shenzhen Training Centre.

　　意大利那不勒斯东方大学学士，比利时布鲁塞尔自由大学文学硕士，意大利博科尼大学SDA管理学院时尚体验与设计专业硕士;
　　精通意大利语、葡萄牙语、英语、法语、普通话、西班牙语，在时尚企业的品牌管理(审计、战略、执行)方面拥有丰富经验;
　　Tutor at Istituto Marangoni Fashion and Design Training Center (Shenzhen);
　　Bachelor in Universita di Napoli L'Orientale; Mater of Arts from Université libre de Bruxelles; Master of Fashion, Experience & Design Management from SDA Bocconi;
　　Multilingual professional with solid background in brand management (brand audit, brand strategy, brand execution) for symbol intensive companies;
