SMALLSTUDIO 拾陌建筑工作室 | About us
拾陌建筑研究室棣属于深圳大学建筑设计研究院和深圳大学城市规划设计研究院设计平台成立的主创工作室，以建筑设计和城市设计为主要方向的设计研究工作室。拾陌，谐音英文small，以做小做精为核心价值，反对快速城镇化下泛滥的粗放设计态度，坚持以细致和品质作为对待设计创作的工作方式。同时，拾陌也有拾起新鲜事物的含义，寓意工作室对待每一个项目充满激情的工作热情。
工作室由具有海外留学背景的深圳大学青年教师在2011年创立，进行科研教育实践一体化的建筑与城市设计实践。拾陌工作室的注意力主要集中在公共建筑、城市设计等领域，强调以研究引导设计为核心的设计方法创作。团队至今曾赢得多个重要的国际竞赛，包括深圳大鹏下沙滨海旅游区城市设计和深圳坂雪岗科技城城市设计等。
SMALL STUDIO is a group belonging to the institute of architectural design and research Shenzhen University, which is responsible for the design of architectural design, urban design studio. SMALL STUDIO concerns about the details in design, working following design qualities as the paramount. SMALL STUDIO has also the meaning of picking up new things in Chinese, which leads the team to work passionately for all projects.
The studio founded by young university teachers with overseas education background in 2011. SMALL STUDIO focused on public architectural design and urban design, emphasis on design with research as the crucial design principle. By now, the design team has won a few high profile projects by international competitions, such as Shenzhen Xiasha beach resort development and Banxuegan Hi-tech city urban design.

O 建筑师 / 规划师
Architect / Urban Planner
1. 建筑学、城市规划或相关专业本科以上学历，1-3年实际工程经验，有高度的创作热情及优秀的设计能力，并具备较强的领导能力和团队精神;
2. 能和设计团队一起或者是在最小的设计团队下独立发起并发展深化概念设计;
3. 有一定创造力和组织能力，能准备高质量的设计文本;
4. 有各个设计阶段的工作经验，熟悉中国的建筑和规划规范，理解建筑材料和工艺技术的运用;
5. 有各个设计阶段的文本准备工作经验，拥有细节审美能力;
6. 有海外学习及工作经验或外企工作经验并具备一定英语沟通能力者优先考虑。
1. Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture, urban planning or relevant major; 3-5 years of professional practice, and possess very strong design abilities, self-motivated and a valuable team player;
2. Ability to initiate and develop conceptual design ideas within a group or as design
team leader;
3. Possess creative and organizational skills to prepare high quality design presentations;
4. Experience in all project phases and understanding of building materials and
techniques according to the regulations in China;
5.Experience in all phases of document production, with an aesthetic approach to detail;
6. Overseas backgrounds in education and work field will be preferred as well as
preference to those who are fluent in the English Language.
O 助理建筑师 / 助理规划师
Assistant Architect / Assistant Urban Planner
1. 建筑学、城市规划或相关专业本科以上学历，有高度的创作热情及优秀的设计能力，并具备较强团队精神;
2. 良好的建筑或规划理论素养，和良好的建筑或规划表现及表达能力;
3. 熟练应用Rhino, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCad等
专业软件;
4. 强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作能力，能够配合快速的工作节奏;
5. 有良好的英文交流能力更佳;
1. Possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in architecture, urban planning or relevant major; possess very strong design abilities, a valuable team player;
2. Good understanding of architectural and urban theory, and good understanding of contemporary urban planning, building and construction techniques;
3. Proficient in Rhino, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD and other professional software; proficiency in BIM software preferred;
4. Good sense of responsibility and teamwork;
5. Strong English communication skills; fluency in both English and Mandarin preferred.
O 实习生
Internship
1. 建筑学、城市规划或相关专业本科在读学生;
2. 具备良好的协助、完善、深化、发展设计的能力;
3. 熟练应用Rhino, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCad等专业软
件;
4. 强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作能力;
5. 实习期3个月以上。
1. Student of architecture, urban planning or relevant major at the undergraduate level;
2. Good understanding of architectural design, urban planning and design theory, and interested to learn more about architectural or urban planning practice;
3. Proficient in Rhino, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD and
other professional software;
4. Good sense of responsibility and teamwork;
5. A minimum of 3 months is preferred.
