　　职位 | Job Vacancy

　　O 项目建筑师 Project Architect
　　1. 建筑学本科及以上学历，从事建筑项目建筑设计全过程(方案+扩初+施工图)或方案设计与深化(方案+扩初)工作3年以上;
　　2. 具备扎实的专业技术知识且具有项目组织管理能力;
　　3. 较强的沟通及语言表达能力，能准确理解、把握项目及业主需求并推介解决方案。
　　1. Bachelor degree or superior in architecture, experience in whole design process (conceptual design + preliminary design+ working drawing ) of public buildings ,or 3 years above in conceptual design + preliminary design;
　　2. Solid professional knowledge and excellent ability of project organization;
　　3. Strong communication and language skills, can accurately understand and master the project and the owner needs so as to promote solutions.

　　O 项目规划师 Project Urban Planner
　　1. 城市规划设计或相关专业本科及以上学历，从事规划设计工作3年以上;
　　2. 具有较强的方案能力、专业技能，能够完成大型规划项目的方案规划设计;
　　3. 具备扎实的专业技术知识且具有项目组织管理能力;
　　4. 较强的沟通及语言表达能力，能准确理解、把握项目及业主需求并推介解决方案。
　　1. Bachelor degree or superior in urban planning, 3 years above experience in urban planning design;
　　2. Specialized in conceptual design, be able to complete large-scale planning scheme project;
　　3. Solid professional knowledge and excellent ability of project organization;
　　4. Strong communication and language skills, can accurately understand and master the project and the owner needs so as to promote solutions.

　　O 助理建筑师 Assistant Architect
　　1. 建筑学本科及以上学历，从事建筑设计工作1年以上;
　　2. 具有良好的建筑设计能力，能熟练使用各种设计软件;
　　3. 有良好的领悟能力和动手能力;
　　4. 具有良好的团队合作精神，较好的沟通及语言表达能力。
　　1. Bachelor degree or superior in architecture, 1 year above experience with architecture design;
　　2. Specialized in architectural design, skilled use of relevant design soft ware;
　　3. Good comprehension ability and practical ability;
　　4. Good teamwork spirit , strong communication and language skills.

　　O 助理规划师 Assistant Planner
　　1. 城市规划专业本科及以上学历，从事规划设计工作1年以上;
　　2. 具有良好的规划设计能力，能熟练使用各种设计软件;
　　3. 有良好的领悟能力和动手能力;
　　4. 具有良好的团队合作精神，较好的沟通及语言表达能力。
　　1. Bachelor degree or superior in urban planning, 1 year above experience in urban planning design;
　　2. Specialized in project planning design, familiar with design software;
　　3. Good comprehension ability and practical ability;
　　4. Good teamwork spirit, strong communication and language skills.

　　O 图形设计师 Graphic Designer
　　1. 熟练使用PHOTOSHOP等相关软件;
　　2. 具备良好的建筑及美术素养，能敏锐捕捉并定位项目风格与较强的建筑方案理解、领悟能力。对建筑、色彩、构图、光影、氛围等具备良好的把控能力;
　　3. 具备良好的团队合作精神和客户沟通能力;工作有耐心,有品牌服务意识;
　　4. 年龄30岁以下均可。
　　1. Familiar with PHOTOSHOP software;
　　2. Have good architecture and art accomplishment, keen to capture and position project style and with good ability of scheme comprehension, and good control ability of architecture, color, composition, light and atmosphere as well;
　　3. Good teamwork spirit and ability to communicate; have work patience and brand service consciousness;
　　4. Under the age of 30 is better.

　　O 实习生 Interns
　　1. 知名院校建筑学、城市规划、环境艺术、艺术设计专业在读本科生;
　　2. 有较高的设计热情和创新思维;
　　3. 有良好的领悟能力和动手能力;
　　4. 有良好的团队合作精神;
　　5. 熟练使用相关设计软件。
　　1. Students major in architecture, urban plan, environmental art, or art design in famous colleges;
　　2. High enthusiasm for design, innovative thinking;
　　3. Good comprehension ability and practical ability;
　　4. Good teamwork spirit;
　　5. Familiar with design software.
