　　北京市建筑设计研究院有限公司EA4设计所是一个包含建筑设计、城市设计和景观设计的综合设计团队。它基于对当代城市发展的现实问题和中国特色自然观的研究，以综合的、客观的、独特的视角进行探索与实践。EA4关注设计项目过程中的所有环节，塑造拥有社会性、创新性、艺术性、经济性的高完成度的设计作品，并在博览、办公、教育科研、酒店、体育、商业、观演、规划、城市设计、景观等领域拥有众多优秀设计作品，同时获得多项市级、国家级及国际级奖项。
　　EA4 Design Department of BIAD is a multidisciplinary design practice integrating architecture, landscape and urban design. Our investigations on pragmatic issues in contemporary urban developments and research in the Chinese Natural philosophy invigorate and vitalize our practice and explorations. Meticulous to the entire design process, we create concerned enduring designs with sociality, creativity, artistry and economy.
　　We have created a wide range of projects in areas of exposition, office, education, research institution, hospitality, sport, commercial, theatrical, planning, urban design and landscape architecture, recognized by numerous city level, national and international level awards.

　　招聘职位 | Hiring Positions

　　O 建筑师 Architect
　　1. 建筑学专业本科或以上学历，专业知识和创作能力优秀;
　　2. 5年以上工作经验，对项目流程有完整、清晰的认识，了解国家及地方建筑规范，具有协调处理项目各阶段问题的能力;
　　3. 热爱设计，富于激情，有较强的沟通、表达与组织能力;
　　4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD、Adobe Creative Suite和 Microsoft Office等软件，有BIM相关经验者优先。
　　1. Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture; Excellent design sensitivity and sound technical knowledge.
　　2. 5 years and plus of solid working experience, with clear understanding of the entire project process; understanding of national and local building codes; strong coordination and problem solving skill through all phases of a project.
　　3. Passionate about design; strong communication and organization skills
　　4. Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office. Candidate with experience in BIM software is given priority.

　　O 助理建筑师 Assistant Architect
　　1. 正规院校建筑专业本科或以上的学历，有海外留学背景者优先;
　　2. 有优秀的创作能力和图面包装与表达能力;
　　3. 具备较强执行能力和沟通能力，富于工作热情及团队合作精神，具备严谨的工作态度和饱满的建筑热情;
　　4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD、Rhinoceros(Grasshopper)、Sketchup、Adobe Creative Suite和 Microsoft Office等软件，有参数化软件使用经验者优先，熟练制作手工工作模型，动手能力强。
　　1. Bachelor or higher degree in Architecture. Candidate who had studied at a foreign institution outside China is given priority.
　　2. Excellent design talent and strong graphic presentational skills.
　　3. Strong execution ability and communication skills, strong inter-personal skill and be able to work collaboratively in team environment. Passionate about architecture, meticulous and responsible.
　　4. Proficiency in AutoCad, Rhinoceros (Grasshopper), Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office. Candidate with experience in parametric software is given priority. Strong physical modeling skill.

　　O 规划师 Planner
　　1. 正规院校建筑学、规划、景观专业本科以上学历，有海外留学背景者优先;
　　2. 优秀的方案把控与深化设计能力，了解国内外各类建筑设计思想，能结合市场进行创作;
　　3. 具备优秀的项目组织能力，优秀的交流表达和综合协调能力;
　　4. 能够对各设计阶段出现的较为复杂的问题进行预判、协调和解决。
　　5. 具有城市设计相关经验的建筑师
　　1. Bachelor or a higher degree in Architecture, planning or landscape design. Candidate who had studied at a foreign institution outside China is given priority.
　　2. Excellent project control and development skills, familiar with local and foreign design ideas, capable of creating designs that integrate realities in the market.
　　3. Excellent project organization skill, communication skill and coordination skill.
　　4. Capable of pre-determining, coordinating and solving complex problems throughout all phases of a project.

　　O 景观设计师 Landscape Architect
　　1. 正规院校风景园林、环境艺术专业本科以上学历，有海外留学背景者优先;
　　2. 能独立设计和规划一般规模和难度的景观项目，能独立完成方案设计与深化;
　　3. 对公建类型的景观项目有一定的把握和理解，能够与建筑专业协作有效推进项目进程，能 够创新性的提出设计理念并较好贯彻至方案设计中;
　　4. 具有良好的沟通学习能力及团队协作精神;较强的抗压能力。
　　1. Bachelor or higher degree in landscape architecture, environmental art or related fields from a formal institution. Candidate who had studied at a foreign institution outside China is given priority.
　　2. Capable of independently designing and planning a landscape project at a moderate scale and difficulty level; capable of independently executing project design and design development.
　　3. Understanding and capable of handling public landscape projects; capable of collaborating with architecture professionals in advancing a project; capable of formulating and implementing creative design concepts throughout a project.
　　4. Strong communication skills, learning skills and collaborative spirit; able to work under pressure.

　　O 实习生 Internship
　　1. 正规院校建筑、规划、景观等相关专业全日制本科或研究生;
　　2. 熟练掌握AutoCAD、Rhinoceros(Grasshopper)、Sketchup、Adobe Creative Suite和 Microsoft Office等软件等制图软件，熟练制作手工工作模型，动手能力强;
　　3. 实习期至少3个月，优秀实习生可考虑正式聘用。
　　1. Undergraduate or graduate students pursuing a full-time degree in architecture, planning and landscape or related fields.
　　2. Proficiency in AutoCad, Rhinoceros (Grasshopper), Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office. Strong physical modeling skill.
　　3. Minimum 3 months of internship. Excellent interns may be considered for formal positions.

　　O 经营主管
　　1. 正规院校本科以上学历，营销管理类或建筑工程类相关专业优先;
　　2. 具有一定同类同规模企业营销管理经验，能够负责大型项目的运营、商务洽谈及协调;
　　3. 调理清晰具备优秀的计划、组织、沟通协调能力;
　　4. 具有较好的文字功底及写作水平。
　　5. 熟悉建筑设计业务流程者优先
