　　施耐德+舒马赫建筑师事务所(schneider+schumacher，简称s+s)，1988年由施耐德和舒马赫先生创立于德国法兰克福，目前在奥地利维也纳、中国天津、中国上海等地设有分部。天津公司成立于2013年，在中国市场迄今已有四年的从业经验。上海公司在2016年10月筹划，即将于2017年2月正式开始运营。施耐德+舒马赫建筑师事务所提供从建筑、建造到项目管理的一系列服务，所涉领域包含商业、文化、工业、科研、教育、住宅、交通、建筑改造等。
　　schneider+schumacher is an international German architectural firm headquartered in Frankfurt am Main(DE), founded in 1988 by the architects Till Schneider and Michael Schumacher and has three branches in Vienna (AU) ,Tianjin (CN) and Shanghai (CN).Tianjin branch was established in 2013 and has four years of experience in China. Shanghai branch was planned since October, 2016, and will be officially founded in February, 2017. The office provides services in the fields of architecture, construction and project management. The office designs art and cultural buildings, social and residential buildings, office and administration buildings as well as commercial and industrial buildings.

　　schneider+schumacher projects attest to a playful enjoyment in squaring up to the complex challenges of architecture today. The buildings are flexible and yet landmarks, cost-effective and yet have an unmistakable appearance, they blend in with their surrounding without subordinating themselves to the setting. In short: pragmatic poetry based on structural clarity, a serious task focus, and a commitment to superior details.

　　As a result of a success in competition, an office employing international staff was established in 2012 in Tianjin, under Mrs. Wang. In close cooperation with Frankfurt office, this team won further competitions, among which a new building for Teda High School in Tianjin and the Qianhai courthouse in Shenzhen are due to be completed next year.

　　O 市场运营总监 Marketing Manager(1名|1 position)
　　岗位职责：
　　1. 客户关系创建，维护和管理;
　　2. 项目跟踪、挖掘，负责完成投标流程;
　　3. 商务标编制、合同起草，并配合经营部负责人进行合同谈判;
　　4. 项目合同签订后，负责合同管理工作中与商务相关的部分，例如设计费增补;
　　5. 配合项目经理进行收款工作。
　　Job responsibilities:
　　1. Generation, maintenance and management of relationships with customers;
　　2. Tracking projects and taking responsibility for the whole tender process;
　　3. Business tender making, contract drafting, and cooperating with the person in charge of the contract negotiations;
　　4. Taking responsibility for the management of contract related business after signing the project contract, such as the design fee supplement;
　　5. Taking responsibility for the receivables with the project manager.
　　任职要求：
　　1. 正规院校本科以上学历，建筑工程相关专业或营销类、管理类专业;
