　　招聘职位 | Positions

　　O 高级建筑师(项目负责人)
　　1. 本科以上的学历
　　2. 6年以上的工作经验
　　3. 能够与甲方进行良好的沟通并具有独立完成并管理大型项目的经验
　　4. 出色的设计及平面能力
　　5. 具备对建筑行业的热情，出色的方案创造与管理能力
　　6. 至少4年的参与全程设计的经验
　　7. 具备很好的团队精神
　　8. 熟练掌握CAD,Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator 和 Office
　　9. 具备基本的英文沟通能力
　　10. 一级注册建筑师或在国际公司工作的背景优先

　　O 中级建筑师
　　1. 本科以上的学历
　　2. 3年以上的工作经验
　　3. 参与并完成大型项目的经验
　　4. 出色的设计及平面能力
　　5. 具备对建筑行业的热情，出色的方案创造能力
　　6. 至少2年的参与全程设计的经验
　　7. 具备很好的团队精神
　　8. 熟练掌握CAD, 3ds Max或Rhino, Sketchup, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator 和 Office
　　9. 具备良好的英文沟通能力
　　10. 国际公司工作的背景优先
　　O Foreign Senior Architect (Beijing, China)
　　1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or urban planning
　　2. At least 5 years’ experience in leading the design of large-scale projects; expertise in design organization management and the ability to accurately comprehend the project and the owner’s demand, with good communication and coordination skills
　　3. Excellent design techniques and graphic skills
　　4. At least 3 years experience in the whole process of architectural design (program,preliminary design and shop drawing)
　　5. A passion for architecture, excellent scheme creation and architectural creativity capability, with a keen intellect and active thinking
　　6. Dedication with responsibility and a good teamwork spirit

　　O 中级建筑师(民居设计经验)
　　任职资格：
　　1. 本科以上建筑学或城市规划学历
　　2. 2年以上民居设计工作经验
　　3. 有过大型项目的设计和管理经验。能够很好的理解项目及甲方的需求，具有服务意识以及良好的交流合作技能
　　4. 出色的设计技能及平面设计能力
　　5. 至少2年的参与全程设计的经验，
　　6. 具备对建筑行业的热情，出色的方案创造能力
　　7. 熟练掌握CAD, 3ds Max或Rhino, Sketchup, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator 和 Office软件
　　8. 具备很好的责任心以及团队精神
　　9. 具备良好的英文沟通和写作能力
　　Junior Architect (Beijing,China)
　　1.Bachelor degree or above in architecture or urban planning
　　2.Excellent design techniques and graphic skills
　　3.A passion for architecture, with a keen intellect and active thinking
　　4.Dedication with responsibility and a good teamwork spirit
　　5.Proficiency in CAD, 3D max, Rhino, Sketchup, Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator and Office applications
　　6.Fluent in Chinese and English, both oral and written
