　　Superimpose 中文的翻译为叠加，代表一种设计思维，’使一物与另一物占有相同的位置并与之共存’。
　　优思是一个年轻且国际化的建筑事务所。我们相信成功的设计依赖于所处语境和建筑元素的叠加。从建筑的初步设计阶段至施工每个细节，优思坚持以综合的设计思维为主导。 我们的设计团队用热忱与严谨的设计思考挑战每个项目的可能性。
　　优思的设计范围包括建筑及规划项目，高端家具、室内和装置设计。 同时重视自下而上的倡议项目，如杭州的MicrO社区中心。优思争取在各项目里丰富现状，通过设计加入价值，美感和认同感。
　　优思团队是一个设计思维、设计热情和不同文化背景的凝聚体。 优思于2016年初从小规模开始，由3位富经验的建筑师启创。启创人曾于伦敦福斯特事务所，北京贝诺和思邦工作。
　　事务所于香港和上海成立，北京为子公司和运营事务所。与不同专业的合作是优思所坚持、并能互利和提升质量的工作模式。优思一直提倡与艺术，文化，可持续发展，工程和不同的专业建立合作关系。对每个设计决定和开放性的设计讨论对各项目均带来价值。同时，优思认真投入每个项目并持续性地扩张事务所。

　　Superimpose is not only our studio name, it is also a design approach and thinking methodology. We vision, design and develop the project based on the valid contextual elements and overlay them with architecture elements; by promoting and providing a holistic design approach in all stages are key to our studio’s success.
　　Our design scope covers from interior design, architecture to master plan projects. We also highly value bottom-up and local initiatives such as the MicrO Community Center. We strive to enrich the context by giving back a design that adds value, aesthetic and identity to the place. We believe collaboration can enrich our service scopes and capabilities. In such we are working with expertise in art, cultural, sustainability, engineering and other fields.

　　Superimpose Architecture Studio is looking for talented people to join the team to work on exciting projects. We highly value design skills, experience in all stages of design and creativity.

　　O 建筑师 / 北京 – Architects / Beijing
　　• 建筑学士 / 硕士或相关本科学历
　　• 最小2年设计院工作 / 国际建筑事务所经验
　　• 精通AutoCad 和/ 或 Mirostation 和3D犀牛
　　• 具备方案，深化和施工阶段绘图经验，拥有国内建筑工作经验
　　• 具有良好的国语和英文口头及书面表达能力
　　• 工资和条件基于能力和工作经验考虑
　　• Master or equivalent degree in Architecture.
　　• Minimum 2 years work experience at Local Design Institute or international firm.
　　• Skilful in Autocad and/or Microstation and 3D (Rhino).
　　• Proficiency in all stages of the design.
　　• Proficiency in English and preferably Mandarin.

　　O 行政助理/ 北京 – Architectural Internships/ Beijing
　　• 协助合伙人在商务上的支持
　　• 具备人事/文秘/媒体市场或相关能力
　　• 熟悉基本的商务接待流程
　　• 良好的沟通和协调能力
　　• 与财务配合和管理工作室和员工的支出
　　• 负责工作室日常采购包括员工/甲方出差事宜
　　• 定期监控员工工作时间纪录，休假和病假
　　• 安排面试和员工年度审查
　　• 处理员工工作签证和社保和各种申请事务
　　• 掌握市场、策划等各环节具体工作流程，熟悉市场和媒体运作
　　• 工资和条件基于能力和工作经验考虑
　　要求
　　• 必须精通英文和国语
　　• 曾于设计事务所的工作经验
　　• 拥有办公管理方面的经验
　　• 有工作独立性
　　• 长期工作合约
　　• Proficient in Mandarin or English.
　　• Minimum duration of 6 months.
　　• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Architecture.
　　• Skillfull in Autocad and/or Microstation and 3D (Rhino).
　　• Skilful in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

　　O 效果图绘图员/ 北京
　　• 良好的美术基础，对最材质、光线、构图有着极强的判断和敏感
　　• 对Autocad, 犀牛， Vray渲染, photoshop 和Illustrator非常熟练和使用
　　• 良好的建筑识图能力
　　• 精通国语，初级英文能力
　　• 工资和条件基于能力和工作经验考虑
