任职资格：
1、具有建筑学或者相关专业的本科及以上教育背景和专业素质;
2、具有设计公司8年以上的项目设计经验;
3、具有规划和建筑单体的设计能力;
4、熟悉本专业技术规范，了解相关专业技术架构，设备等相关专业的基本知识，能有效控制后续施工图设计的品质;
5、具有项目管理和组织能力，了解并把控建筑设计全过程;
6、具有较强的设计理解能力和项目沟通能力，对中、初级建筑师有技术指导的能力;
7、熟悉使用各类设计软件和办公软件。
O 建筑师
任职资格：
1、建筑学或城市规划专业，本科及以上学历;
2、三年及以上建筑方案或规划设计工作经验;
3、有参与设计大型项目的经验;
4、具备较强的沟通协调能力;
5、熟悉相关设计规范、熟练掌握相关绘图软件;
6、具备强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神;
7、有知名建筑事务所或知名大型设计院工作经验者优先。
O 助理建筑师
任职资格：
1、建筑学或城市规划专业，本科及以上学历;
2、一年及以上建筑方案或规划设计工作经验;
3、有独立完成单体设计的经验;
4、具备一定的设计理解能力和表达能力;
5、熟悉相关设计规范、精通相关绘图软件;
6、具备强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作精神;
7、有知名建筑事务所或知名大型设计院工作经验者优先。
O 建筑设计实习生
任职资格：
1、建筑学专业四年级以上学生;
2、具备一定的学习能力和理解能力;
3、实习期不少于三个月;
4、熟练掌握相关绘图软件。
