RSAA/ Büro Ziyu Zhuang is Cologne based international operated firm, which mainly focus on Eco-city and sustainable architectural design. The Chinese branch office locates in Beijing. The main target is to promote the core European design value such as culture, democracy, sharing, publicity, and Eco-networks to the projects. Therefore our main market is focused onto the Ec0-city urban design and public/office building projects.
RSAA has more than 50 years of professional experiences and the preciseness from our German gene. We have been involved in the Chinese market for more than 10 years. As one of the biggest architectural design firm from NRW and Cologne city, RSAA has always been promoted by the German and NRW Government.
RSAA has won many times of the German National Architectural Award and many other design awards in Europe and China. And we also won almost half of the projects we bided in the last few years in China.
In RSAA, all of our managing architects are members of the BDA (Bund Deutscher Architekten), the best 4% of Germany’s registered architects. Meanwhile, many of our partners are teaching in the institutes in Europe and China.
As the founding partner of the EcoNet organization under German Chamber of Commerce (AHK), RSAA is also supported by the highly developed German architectural industrial chain, which is the strong support of our final design productions.

RSAA has 8 partners who have their own specialties. The group is initiated by Professor Stefan Schmitz – the former Chair of BDA Cologne. The team has more than 80 designers in Cologne and Beijing. The team is international operated with the talents from Europe, Northern America and China.

2.3年以上实践经验

O Project Manager
The candidate is required a bachelor degree or above in architecture, 3+ year working experience, design sensibility, demonstrable design ability, proficiency in various design softwares. Candidates with overseas study and working experience, fluency in English or German are high preferred.
O 建筑师
1.建筑学或相关设计专业本科或以上学历
2.具备良好的综合设计和思考能力，精通各种设计软件
3.熟悉建构技术和逻辑和设计的推进过程
4.较强的责任心和严谨的设计态度，善于沟通和团队协作

O Architect
The candidate is required a bachelor degree or above in architecture, design sensibility, demonstrable design ability, proficiency in various design softwares. Candidates with overseas study and working experience, fluency in English or German are high preferred.
O 行政助理
1.协助主持建筑师完成日常工作安排、对其重要日程及节点进度进行整理;
2.协助主持建筑师参与项目会议，整理会议纪要，反馈项目信息;
3.对公司的项目资料、相关文本和图纸进行梳理;
4.相对良好的英语沟通交流能力，具有团队合作精神;
5.有设计专业背景及海外留学经历的优先。
O Administration Assistant
1. Assist the chief architect completing the daily work arrangement, organizing his important schedule and project nodes;
2. Assist the chief architect participating the project meeting, organizing the minutes of the meeting, and give feedback to the project information;
3. Organize the project material and relevant texts and drawings ;
4. Strong communication and teamwork skill is required;
5. Priority is given to those with overseas education /background in design.
O 实习职位
1.设计专业在读学生，有求知欲和探索精神，
2.较好的设计表达和模型制作能力。

O Intern
Architectural or design students, self-motivated, demonstrable creativity, strong design expression and model making skill, proficiency in various design software. Only those for more than 2 months internships are accepted. The internship salary will be provided.
O 媒体推广
1.媒体、市场营销、艺术、设计等相关的专业背景，热爱媒体、市场营销、艺术等，爱钻研、能吃苦;
2.有3年网络媒体或相关机构工作经验，熟练应用Microsoft Office;
3.有企业宣传与推广的策划、设计、执行与创新经验;
4.具备较强的文字功底、良好的沟通能力、项目提案能力与执行力，具有团队合作精神及良好的人际关系;

O Media & Public Relations Director
Background in arts, media, design, marketing or related field; have passion in arts, media and marketing; pro-active, self-disciplined and confident in an intensive working environment;
More than three year’s working experience in media or related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Experience in marketing, media communication, and innovative design is a strong asset;
Strong communication and teamwork skill is required;
Priority is given to those with overseas working/education experience.
O 媒体出版实习
1.建筑、设计、传媒、市场营销相关专业在读学生，学习和适应能力强;
2.对公司的项目资料、出版刊物进行梳理，对接学术期刊报道与讲座展览活动;
3.配合市场主管完成活动策划、执行工作，运营微信公众号、网页、新媒体;
4.良好的英语沟通交流能力，熟悉使用排版软件，具有团队合作精神;
5.实习期需在2个月以上，公司提供实习工资。
O Media & Press Intern
Background in architecture, design, marketing or related field; adapting to the working environment quickly;
Organize the project data and publications;taking charge of academic journal reports and lectures;
Cooperate with the Marketing Director to complete activities planning and execution ; updating the WeChat, web, and new media ;
Proficiency in layout design software,and strong communication and teamwork skill;
