　　我们的工作环境是在北京东城区南锣鼓巷一所环境优美的老北京传统四合院内，远离了写字楼机械式的办公环境，常用办公软件为：AutoCAD， Illustrator，Rhino，Indesign，其他相关软件如Photoshop， Grasshopper，Sketchup，Maya，3DMax，Microsoft;工作主要以中文为主，并具备英文交流和读写。根据公司发展，现邀请热爱建筑设计工作的设计师加入我们的团队。

　　职位描述：
　　具有独立带领团队完成设计任务的能力，具备优秀的专业素质和职业道德;具有独立承担项目各方面运作的能力和意愿。
　　任职职责：
　　1.建筑学/城市规划本科以上学历;
　　2.七年以上工作经验;
　　3. 有在外企工作过的经验，且熟悉中国建筑设计工作流程，有方案设计，扩初及后续工作方面的经验, 并具有设计细部和节点的能力;
　　4.熟悉本专业规范，有一定的图纸组织能力和项目协调能力;
　　5.工作软件：熟练掌握AutoCAD，具备良好的二维图纸表达能力Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign以及基本三维空间建模能力;
　　6.责任心强、有足够的耐性，优秀的设计能力，能在压力下工作，具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，工作认真负责、敬业、踏实;

　　if you are interested in this position you should be able to work independently on projects. You can lead a project, instruct and guide a team of designers to finish the deadline ahead.

　　1. a bachelor degree or above in Architecture or Urban Design
　　2. 7+ years’ work experience (you worked in an international practice before)
　　3. Project experience in china (SD, DD, site supervision)
　　4. You are familiar with china codes and drawing procedures, have good organizational and project coordination skills
　　5. Basic knowledge in AutoCad, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign), ideally you have a basic understand of how to navigate in 3D applications
　　6. Good communication skills, you should enjoy working in a team, you like to work on details and to face challenges and responsibilities. You are able to bring the design process forward independently with little guidance only
　　7. Your mother tongue is Chinese, English basic skills and studies abroad are a plus
