　　Beijing AND International Architectural Design Co.Ltd was founded in 2014, which is the professional research department of Shan Dong Tong Yuan Design Group Co.Ltd.
　　Tong Yuan Design Group Co.LTD is a comprehensive service company which is based on the architecture design. Tong Yuan was transformed from Jinan Design and Research Group, which has 60 years history and over 1000 employees.
　　AND is a professional design group which works on architectural designing and practicing.
　　The company consists of many creative and experienced architects, who come from different countries and have different cultural backgrounds. AND has full technologies and business support from Tong Yuan.

　　O 主创建筑师 Senior Architect
　　1. 建筑或相关领域专业学位。
　　2. 拥有五年以上在大型设计院或知名事务所的工作经验，负责过中大型公共建筑项目全程的工作。
　　3. 有出色的设计能力、扎实的技术知识、逻辑清晰、并且能够地关注细节。
　　4. 熟练使用AutoCAD/SU/Rhino/Adobe等相关的工作软件。
　　5. 有良好的职业精神和责任心;具备良好的人际关系技巧，能够高效地领导设计团队。
　　6. 具有医疗、文创、旅游项目经验者优先。
　　1. Professional degree in Architecture.
　　2. Five-year or more full-time working experiences in professional architectural offices, having gone through all phases of design work for medium or large-scale public projects.
　　3. Good design sensitivity, sound technical knowledge, keen attention to details.
　　4. Very proficient in Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and other related software.
　　5. Good work ethics and strong sense of responsibility; Good inter-personal skills and able to lead the design teams effectively and efficiently.
　　6. Healthcare, cultural and tourism project experiences is preferred.

　　O 建筑师 Architect
　　1. 建筑或相关领域专业学位。
　　2. 优秀的设计才能和突出的图面表达能力。
　　3. 拥有二年及以上作为全职建筑设计师的工作经验。
　　4. 有良好的职业精神和责任心;有较强的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
　　5. 熟练使用AutoCAD/SU/Rhino/Adobe等相关的工作软件。
　　6. 在规划、概念、造型、平面、文本表达中某一方面突出者优先。
　　1. Professional degree in Architecture.
　　2. Good design sensitivity and strong graphic representational skills;
　　3. Two year or more full time working experience in architectural offices.
　　4. Good work ethics and sense of responsibility; Good inter-personal skills and be able to work collaboratively;
　　5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite and other work related software.
　　6. Skills at urban design/creative concept/ modeling/ graphic presentation/ booklet presentation are preferred.

　　O 助理建筑师 Architect Assistant
　　1. 建筑或相关领域专业学位。
　　2. 热爱建筑设计及方案创作，具有较好的理解力和沟通能力，具备较强的执行力。
　　3. 熟练使用AutoCAD/SU/Rhino/Adobe等软件。
　　4. 具有良好的团队合作精神。
　　5 对于SU/Rhino/Lumion/AI/ID等建模、表达软件熟练者优先。
　　1. Professional degree in Architecture.
　　2. Has passion about architectural design, good understanding and communication ability, good execution skills.
　　3. Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite and other work related software.
　　4. Good team work.
　　6. Skills at Sketch Up/Rhino/Lumion/AI/ID is preferred.

　　O 室内设计师 Interior Designer
　　1. 建筑、环艺、室内设计全日制本科及以上学历，三年以上知名设计事务所或设计公司工作经验。
　　2. 有完整的全程项目经验，对空间设计有独到见解，熟悉施工工艺与相关设计规范。
　　3. 优秀的专业素养与设计追求，良好的团队合作精神与组织协调能力。
　　4. 精通设计软件，熟练使用AutoCAD、Skectchup、Indesgin等。
　　5. 具有优秀建筑事务所工作经验优先。
　　1. Professional degree in architecture, environment or interior design. More than three years of experience working at professional design company.
　　2. Has gone through all phases of design work for public projects. Has aesthetic sense about interior space, knows the relative codes, regulations and processes well.
　　3. Good work ethics and sense of responsibility; Good team work and able to work collaboratively.
　　4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Skecthup, Indesign and other work related software.
　　5. Reputed company’s working experience is preferred.

　　O 室内施工图设计师 Construction Designer
　　1. 建筑、环艺、室内设计专科及以上学历，三年以上设计事务所或设计公司施工图绘制经验。
　　2. 熟练掌握材料特性及运用，熟练掌握施工图绘制规范及要求，熟悉施工工艺及节点做法。
　　3. 熟悉工程设计相关标准，并对国家相关设计规范有一定了解。丰富的施工现场经验，较强的现场问题解决能力及组织协调能力。
　　4. 能良好的指导和跟进施工现场实现设计意图。
　　1 Professional degree in architecture, environment or interior design. More than three years of interior construction drawing experience.
　　2. Knows the material properties and applications, knows the interior construction drawing codes and regulations, familiar with construction technology and technical knowledge.
　　3. Familiar with construction design standard regulations, knows the national related design codes. Rich experience in interior constructions, strong ability of problem solving and organizational skills.
　　4. Leads construction process to make sure the design could be realized.

　　O 外籍建筑师 International Architect
　　1. 建筑学或相关专业学位。
　　2. 三年以上工作经验,拥有国外知名事务所或者国内一流事务所工作经历优先。
　　3. 英文为工作语言，熟练中文者优先。
　　4. 优秀的专业素养与设计追求，良好的团队合作精神与组织协调能力。
　　5. 熟练使用AutoCAD/SU/Rhino/Adobe等相关的工作软件。
　　1 Professional degree in Architecture.
　　2 three-year or more full time working experiences in professional architectural offices, Reputed company’s working experience is preferred.
　　3 English is working language, good at Chinese is preferred.
　　4 Good work ethics and strong sense of responsibility; Good inter-personal skills and able to lead the design teams effectively and efficiently.
　　4 Very proficient in Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and other related software.
