　　大章建筑事务所由戴璞于2010年创立于北京。创立的初衷始于一个简单的想法， 即对我们周遭的生存环境的不满以及迫切做出改变的冲动。
　　我们通过自己的思考，展览以及实践，试图探索一套新的工作方法和实践策略。从前期策划到概念的发展落地，从摩天楼到门把手，从城市设计到一个踏步的触感，都纳入我们的思考体系，成为我们把思想观念投射到现实世界的途径，也是我们对项目完成度的坚守。
　　戴璞于2012年9月完成了独立后的第一个建筑：树美术馆(Tree Art Museum)，被Timeout杂志评为北京最具设计感的9个去处之一。目前正在以北京为根据地开展他的建筑与艺术实践活动。2013年，戴璞被选中参加“西岸建筑与当代艺术双年展”，以及于西班牙举办的塞戈维亚“中国宫-建筑中国2013展”。2014年，他被设计杂志“PERSPECTIVE 透视杂志”评选为大中华区 40 位 40 岁以下 的卓越年轻设计师之一。
　　Dai Pu completed his first work –Tree Art Museum in 2012, which is recognized as one of nine the most creative spaces in Beijing. Now he is based in Beijing, starting his architecture and art practice.
　　In 2013, Dai Pu was invited to attend 2013 West Bund Biennial of Architecture and Contemporary Art and Chinese Palace- Architecture China 2013 Exhibition hosted in Segovia, Spain.
　　2014, Dai Pu received the Perspective Award as one of the ‘40 under 40’ prominent designers shaping Hong Kong and Greater China.

　　作为对新现实环境的回应，我们尝试在实践中引入各种新的元素。同时，我们也启发多领域的专业人士和我们一道参与工作，共同探讨每个项目的新可能性。目前，事务所正在进行各种尺度项目的设计和实施：从室内设计，到展览，再到不同类型的公共项目。现邀请有志于建筑设计的人士加入。

　　招聘职位 | POSITIONS

　　O 项目建筑师
　　1. 3-5年以上各类型高品质项目的专业设计经历，能带领团队并全面协调方案设计，扩初设计，施工图设计及施工配合等工作。
　　2. 熟悉国内建筑规范及各专业技术配合，掌握项目招投标、审图及报批流程。
　　3. 应聘者性格热情开朗，能够主动的提高工作节奏，能够妥善排序、分配工作，并且处理好高强度、快节奏工作中各个方面(业主、顾问、设计院、团队、公司内部)的沟通和关系;
　　4. 熟练使用AutoCAD，Adobe Creative Suite，Rhinoceros，Microsoft Office等软件。
　　5. 热爱建筑设计，富有激情，拥有优秀的身体素质与心理素质。
　　6. 关注中国优秀事务所的发展，愿意长期参与事务所的设计与管理工作。
　　7. 在国外有留学及工作经历、并且熟练中英文的双语专业人士优先考虑。

　　O 建筑师
　　1. 拥有建筑学本科及以上学历，有良好的设计潜力和形式感觉。
　　2. 具备一定的中后期经验1-2年。
　　3. 熟练使用Rhinoceros，AutoCAD，Adobe Creative Suite，Microsoft Office等软件。熟悉Mental Ray/Maxwell/Vary/C4D等其他渲染程序
　　4. 有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，能够接受出差或驻场监造。
　　5. 保持进取的心态并拥有良好的学习新知识的技能。
　　6. 爱建筑，有激情，有优秀的身体素质与心理素质。
　　7. 流利的英语，写作能力。
　　有优秀建筑事务所或公司工作经验优先。

　　O 助理建筑师
　　1. 拥有建筑学本科及以上学位，有良好的设计潜能和形式感觉。
　　2. 熟练使用Rhinoceros(Grasshopper)，AutoCAD，Adobe Creative Suite，Microsoft Office等软件。了解Mental Ray/Maxwell/Vary/C4D等其他渲染程序。熟练制作手工工作模型，动手能力强。
　　3. 有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，能够接受出差或驻场监造。
　　4. 参与更积极、更有针对性的专业设计经历，与事务所共同成长，并逐渐成为优秀设计团队的骨干。
　　5. 爱建筑，有激情，有优秀的身体素质与心理素质。
　　有优秀建筑事务所、公司工作或实习经验优先。

　　O 合伙人助理
　　1. 拥有建筑学或相关学科本科学历，有良好的审美品味，愿意投入建筑专业中的非设计类工作，负责事务所日常运营的档案管理、媒体管理，合伙人日程安排、商务联系等。
　　2. 流利的英语写作、口语和翻译能力。
　　3. 爱建筑，拥有优秀的身体素质与心理素质，有较强的沟通能力、组织能力和执行能力。
　　有类似事务工作经验优先。

　　O 建筑实习生
　　1. 建筑学本科四年级或硕士研一以上的在校学生，实习需接受至少3-6个月以上的全职时间。
　　2. 动手能力高，抗压能力强，能听从事务所建筑师的工作安排，愿意接触和参与项目的设计与研究的各个层面。
　　3. 熟练使用Rhinoceros(Grasshopper), AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator和 Indesign等软件，熟练制作手工工作模型。

　　O PR
　　1. Work directly with Partners, Communications Director and project teams to realize a variety of communications, including award submissions, portfolios and presentations.
　　2. Write press releases, articles, web features, digital media content to document and promote project milestones, awards, press coverage, lectures and events.
　　3. Respond to publication and media requests in a timely and professional manner.
　　4. Cultivate and continue to develop a strong media contact network.
　　5. Develop and implement outreach strategies and consistently identify press and speaking opportunities throughout the region.
　　6. Maintain PR and project information databases for press, project photography and other editorial-related files.
　　7. Work closely with firm-wide archive team to maintain updated database of project material
　　8. Coordinate press events, tours and exhibitions
　　9. Work with Business Development team and firm-wide PR team to create programs in support of strategic objectives.
　　O Architect
　　1. Possess a bachelor degree or above in Architecture. Have design sensibility, demonstrable design ability.
　　2. 1-2 years of experience in CD, SD, DD phase.
　　3. Proficiency in Rhinoceros，AutoCAD，Adobe Creative Suite，Microsoft Office and related software.
　　4. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Would like to supervise construction site.
　　5. Keep self-motivated and know well in gaining new knowledge.
　　6. Love Architecture, be passionate.
　　7. Candidates with overseas study and working experience are preferred.
　　O Assistant Architect
　　1. Possess a bachelor degree or above in Architecture. Have design sensibility, demonstrable design ability.
　　2. Proficiency in Rhinoceros，AutoCAD，Adobe Creative Suite，Microsoft Office and related software. Also skilled in physical model making.
　　3. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Would like to supervise construction site if needed.
　　4.Participate in a more active, more specific design experience, grow with the firm, and gradually become the backbone of the team.
　　5. Love Architecture, be passionate.
　　Candidates with overseas study and working experience are preferred.
　　O Intern
　　1. Architectural or design students, self-motivated, demonstrable creativity, strong design expression and model making skill.
　　2. Be familiar with software such as Auto CAD, Rhino. Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
　　3. Be able to work environment with fast pace.
