　　Büro Ole Scheeren

　　Büro Ole Scheeren is an international architecture firm that practices architecture, urbanism, interior design, and research, and has a team of seventy plus international architects and designers working together worldwide.
　　Through its intensely involved and focused practice, Büro Ole Scheeren applies critical thinking to a process that extends beyond the boundaries of architectural production to realize specific and unexpected solutions. It seeks to engage people and cultures, technologies and materials, psychologies and experiences, and recognizes architecture as a connective and fundamentally social construct. Architecture is imagined as a matrix of hybrid narratives from which to construct future realities – conceptual, spatial, and experiential – and a rigorous search for new potentials to realize specific unexpected solutions inhabited by the lives of people and cities.
　　Büro Ole Scheeren’s work ranges from city-defining structures to cultural buildings, including the Guardian Art Center in Beijing, the mixed-use DUO in Singapore, and the MahaNakhon tower in Bangkok, which are currently all under construction. Further projects under development include, amongst others, Angkasa Raya in Kuala Lumpur awaiting to commence construction, as well as a residential development on the coastline of South China, a large-scale urban redevelopment in the city center of Shenzhen, and a new high-rise residential tower in downtown Vancouver.
　　Through Studio Ole Scheeren, the office engages in non-architectural projects and interventions – from cultural art exhibition and installation design; graphic design and identity/positioning; interactive design and user experience; to topical research and cultural analysis – for Büro Ole Scheeren’s architectural works as well as separately commissioned studies on urbanism, design, and innovation.

　　O Architectural Internships
　　We are looking for talented students or recent graduates who are enthusiastic and seek international experience in a thought-provoking environment. Internships are typically offered for a period of 3-6 months.
　　Minimum requirements:
　　Enrollment in a degree program for architecture or urban planning
　　Strong graphic, image-making and design talent
　　Excellent model-making skills
　　Excellent AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills
　　Fluency in spoken English
　　Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend. Students and recent graduates are invited to apply. Positions are currently based in Beijing.

　　O Architectural Visual Artist
　　We are currently looking for an Architectural Visual Artist to supplement our team of image makers. The Architectural Visual Artist should have a degree in Architecture and a desire to focus on architectural representation and visualization, with a keen eye for composition and lighting quality, and interest in related artistic disciplines, ranging from photography, film, to graphic design.
　　We are looking for an experienced candidate who can demonstrate a command of high-end rendering techniques and post production. You are required to have strong skills in 3D Studio MAX, Vray, and Photoshop. Ability to work and collaborate in a creative team environment is essential.
　　Minimum requirements:
　　Highly creative approach towards image-making
　　Degree in Architecture and/or Urban Planning
　　Minimum 1-2 years of experience in image-making at international architectural design firms or rendering agencies
　　Strong graphic and design talent
　　Excellent AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Photoshop, Vray skills
　　Ability to work and deliver within tight time frames
　　Fluency in English; Bilingual (English/Mandarin, English/German) a plus

　　O Design Architect with Expertise in Complex Geometries
　　We are currently looking for talented Design Architects with a strong understanding and command of complex geometries, and an ability to convincingly translate ideas and forms into digital and physical models, drawings, and visuals. Candidates should have project experience on mid- to large-scale projects in the concept and schematic design phases. Knowledge of technical principles and previous involvement in detailing stages is desirable.
　　You will join dedicated project teams to generate concept designs for projects of varying typologies and scales, and develop design directions for evaluation and testing against programmatic, aesthetic, and technical considerations.
　　Experience and knowledge:
　　Candidates should have at least 2 years post-graduate work experience in the development of high quality design concepts at internationally renowned architectural design firms. Expertise in Rhino, Maya and Grasshopper is essential. Candidates should possess clear communication skills, a systematic approach to design, and excellent graphic abilities.
　　Qualifications:
　　Highly creative and unique design approach
　　2 years minimum post-graduate experience in concept designs in international design offices
　　Expertise and familiarity with Rhino, Maya and Grasshopper
　　Strong and clear communication skills and a systematic approach to design

　　We are currently offering full-time Architectural Internships with an emphasis on Architectural Visualization to support our team of image-makers. We are looking for students or recent graduates who have knowledge and expertise in 3D Studio, Vray, and Photoshop. They will use their experience in architectural and/or other design-related fields to create photo-realistic imagery and artistic visuals for a number of high-profile, exciting projects. Internships are typically offered for a period of 3-6 months. An eye for composition, artistic interpretation and ability to work in a creative team environment are essential.
　　Minimum requirements:
　　Enrollment in a degree program for architecture or urban planning
