UCA 优思建筑
优思建筑设计有限公司，简称UCA，是一家国际知名综合性建筑及城市设计顾问机构。

UCA于1991年成立于维也纳原名freiTraum LTD.，2001年总部迁至洛杉矶，2006年起进入亚洲市场，并于2010年成立北京办公室。

UCA的业务涵盖商业、办公、住宅、文化设施、医疗、酒店等多种类型的建筑设计，以及城市设计，旅游景观规划，室内设计等。

UCA进入中国市场后专注于超高层商业办公综合体和养老地产设计，到目前为止，已在中国境内完成该类型项目百万平米。

UCA的主要成员同时致力于中国政治经济条件下的实用性建筑市场及理论研究，并先后任教于UCLA, 北京建筑大学，人民大学等多所院校，是既具有国际化视野又了解本土市场的专业化顾问团队。

自2010年起UCA与清华大学建筑设计研究院有限公司和北京炎黄联合国际工程设计有限公司结成战略合作伙伴关系，共同开拓中国市场，目前已经在北京、上海等地开展了一系列大型项目。

Unite-Architects (UCA) is aninternationally known design and consultation organization for both generalarchitectural design and urban planning.

UCA was founded in Vienna,Austria in 1991, with its former name freiTraum Ltd. In 2001 it relocated itsheadquarter to Los Angeles, in 2006 started entering the Asian market, and by2010 established its Beijing office.

UCA has its interests inmultiple types of building design including commercial, office, Residential,cultural, health, hotel, etc. UCA is also an expert at urban planning, landscape planning, and interior design.

After entering Chinese market,UCA has focused mainly on high rise commercial-office mixed-use buildings andhealthcare real estate design, up to now, it has designed more than one millionsquare meters of these types within the Chinese borders.

Meanwhile, the main members ofUCA have dedicated to the practical architectural design market and theoryresearch under the Chinese political and economical conditions, they have beenteaching in many universities such as UCLA, Beijing University of CivilEngineering and Architecture, and Renmin University of China. It is aconsultation team that not only has international visions but also understandsthe local Chinese market.

Since 2010, UCA has become astrategy cooperation partner to Architectural Design and Research Institute ofTsinghua University Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yanhuang International Architectural& Engineering Co., Ltd. to jointly explore the Chinese market, until nowmany large-scale projects have been carried out by their combined efforts.

O 建筑设计师 工程技术方向(北京2人，重庆1人)ARCHITECT (four for BeijingOffice and four for Chongqing Office)
任职要求：
1. 建筑学及相关专业本科或以上学历;
2. 4年至6年工作经验，参与并完成过实施的大型项目;
3. 熟练使用AutoCAD, 熟悉Photoshop, Sketch Up，AI及其他相关专业软件更佳;
4.了解专业相关知识，熟悉建筑设计行业相关规范和流程;
5. 具备较强的专业水准和沟通能力;
6. 思维逻辑清晰，对设计具有深入成熟的理解，能够恰当处理各方设计需求;
7. 抗压能力强，有较强的责任心及分工组织与协调沟通能力，能合理有效地同甲方及其他合作方进行沟通;
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related major,.
2. Have a minimum 4 to 6 years of experience.
3. Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Could use SketchUp,Photoshop,AI.
4. Excellent skills in conceptual design, familiar with the professionalknowledge and code of building design.
5. Strong understanding of design and technical specifics.
6. Clear logical thought, and have a deeper understanding of design.
7. Strong organizational capabilities and communication skills.


O 建筑设计师 方案设计方向(北京4人，重庆4人)ARCHITECT (four for Beijing Office and four forChongqing Office)
任职要求：
1. 建筑学及相关专业本科或以上学历，毕业于国内外知名建筑学校，有海外留学经历优先，优秀海外毕业生签约后可解决北京户口;
2. 2年及以上工作经验，优秀应届毕业生亦可;
3. 熟练使用AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up，AI及其他相关专业软件;
4. 熟悉项目概念设计，具备优秀的方案设计能力及较强的创新能力;
5. 具备出色的绘图能力，能充分理解主持建筑师的设计意图，独立完成深化设计;
6. 思维逻辑清晰，对设计具有深入成熟的理解，能够恰当处理各方设计需求;
7. 抗压能力强，有较强的责任心及分工组织与协调沟通能力，能合理有效地同甲方及其他合作方进行沟通 。
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related major, graduated fromthe domestic and international famous university.
2. 2 years work experience, outstanding fresh graduates are welcome.
3. Excellent skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop,AI.
4. Excellent skills in conceptual design, familiar with the professionalknowledge and code of building design.
5. Strong graphic skills, and be able to finish the deepen design work.
6. Clear logical thought, and have a deeper understanding of design.
7. Strong organizational capabilities and communication skills.


O 建筑实习生(北京4人，重庆4人)INTERN ARCHITECT (four for Beijing Office and four for Chongqing Office)
任职要求：
1. 就读于建筑学相关专业全日制本科及研究生;
2. 有良好的责任心，沟通能力，以及团队精神;
3. 熟悉AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, AI等常用工作软件。
Requirements:
1. Enrolment in a degree program for architecture or urban planning.
2. Strong communication skills, commitment and team spirit.
3. Excellent skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, AI.
薪资待遇 Salary expectation
4-6年工作经验的工程师年薪20-30万/20-30wRMB
方案建筑师年薪10-20万/10-20wRMB
