编者按：当代社会正淹没在物质和信息当中，我们想要创造一片远离城市喧嚣，自由探索，保持漫游乐活的“与屿之间”。在这里“消失的附近”正在回归，城市的地缘肌理、文化脉络正在清晰浮现，一种人与他人、与城市、与周边、与社区、与历史和谐相处的美好状态，正在上演。来一场说走就走的 CITY WALK，体会童真的释放，精神的游走，心之所向，人文烟火。


ONE

归源·榕城之上

RETURN TO SOURCE

项目位于福州“榕城”，东海之滨，闽江之畔，山水相依，三山鼎立、两塔对峙组合而成福州兼容并蓄、开放创新的滨江滨海城市发展格局；“榕树绿荫满城，凌冬不凋，三坊七巷，古建遗存，融合繁衍，镌刻而成跨越千年的历史文化底蕴。”求索的双眼，向后看，也向前看，显隐之间，闽海人文秘境，漫游而至。

溯源赋新，承古续今，在设计之初，我们就深知一个城市会因对其公共领域——人行道、公园和河流的处理而变得文明起来，我们秉承着这样的底层逻辑选择回归场地，不断的剖析、推导、再出发。首先因售楼处距南侧市政道约35m，属于内退型场地，如何打造强昭示性界面成为我们设计的关注点。另随着深度调研及对众多项目周界分析，我们发现现今多数城市空间存在“原子化”、“陌生社会化”的属性。

The project is located in Fuzhou "Rongcheng", the East China Sea, the bank of Minjiang River, mountains and rivers, three mountains and two towers confrontation combination to form an inclusive, open and innovative riverside coastal urban development pattern of Fuzhou; "Banyan trees green city, winter does not wither, three lanes and seven lanes, ancient building remains, integration and reproduction, engraved into the history and culture of thousands of years."
Because the sales office is about 35 meters away from the south municipal road, it belongs to the retreat venue, how to create a strong display interface has become the focus of our design. In addition, with in-depth investigation and perimeter analysis of many projects, we find that most urban spaces nowadays have the attributes of "atomization" and "unfamiliar socialization".



基于以上的观察和分析，我们选择以福州开放包容的城市特色为基底，以“与屿之间，City Walk”为主题，使用“三坊七巷”的历史语素以及保利和字系中的人文主义渗透入场地肌理，重塑群体记忆、文化身份、空间认知。我们在保利和字系六大产品内核的基础之上，以“主题乐园＋人文主义”为核心，创新研发而成“与屿无动力水乐园”空间，营造强昭示市政界面，在沿街商业空间打造“都市人文聚场”，漫步艺术，创新生活方式。这样一处突破边界，集纳“主题乐园＋烟火主义＋艺术多元”的沉浸式体验空间，将带你遇见生命的辽阔，感受自然与人文烟火的力量。

On the basis of the six core products of Poly and Zi system, with "theme park + humanism" as the core, we innovated and developed the space of "Yu Yu no power Water Park" to create a strong municipal interface, and create an "urban humanistic gathering field" in the commercial space along the street to stroll art and innovate life style. Such an immersive experience space that breaks through the boundary and integrates "theme park + pyrotechnics + artistic diversity" will bring you to meet the vast expanse of life and feel the power of natural and humanistic fireworks.

沉浸·与屿之间

IMMERSION EXPERIENCE



“动静相生，虚实相应，在神秘自由的”前场市政界面空间营造中，我们打破场地原有既定边界，借用绿化带衍生而造开放的街角椰屿。外围以银海枣等充满风情感的植物空间辉映“Song Of Life ”场景化LOGO，呈现城市中心的微度假之感，浪漫且充满活力。

In the construction of the mysterious and free municipal interface space in front of the site, we broke the original established boundary of the site and created an open corner coconut island derived from the green belt. The surrounding plant space full Of wind emotion such as silver jujube reflects the scene LOGO of "Song Of Life", presenting the feeling of micro vacation in the city center, romantic and full of vitality.



向前漫步走入层级高差错落起伏的入口空间，叠水景观与精致灌木植物搭配，互相掩映错落，极大地提升空间层次与氛围。流水潺潺，翠意林立，一片野奢海岛美学唤醒生活的感知力，热烈、浪漫而有趣。

Walk forward into the entrance space with uneven levels, overlapping water landscape and delicate shrubs and plants complement each other, greatly enhancing the spatial level and atmosphere. Flowing water, green meaning, a wild luxury island aesthetics awakens the perception of life, warm, romantic and interesting.





穿过静谧青翠的椰林风情，你会邂逅一个在自然中“生长”的无动力水乐园空间，我们以“与屿水乐园”为主题空间，串联起“穿水甬道”、“叠水绿廊”、“踏水广场“三大游玩区域，并通过景观营造、交互技术、设备包装集纳“三感＋三转玩法”，多功能水械交互满足孩童们的所有想象。

Through the quiet and green coconut forest style, you will encounter a non-power water park space that "grows" in nature. We take "Yu Yu Water Park" as the theme space, connect the three play areas of "water passage", "overlapping water green corridor" and "stepping water square", and collect "three senses + three turns" through landscape construction, interactive technology and equipment packaging. The multi-functional water machine interaction satisfies all the imaginations of the children.

在这个空间中，孩子们像一路高歌的浪花，穿过一个又一个绿岛，它们在这里跳越、奔跑、耳语，享受着当下的每一快乐时光。或在极具冒险与挑战的 [穿水甬道] 中穿行，或在藏有互动水循环器械的 [叠水绿廊] 的科学小世界，或在可以疯狂踩踏的浅水区 [踏水广场] ，他们可以尽情奔跑，尽情跳跃，这是一处沉浸式互动的玩乐空间，这是一处充满，益智互助与科学趣味的有机生态系统。

In this space, children are like singing waves, passing through one green island after another, where they jump, run, whisper, and enjoy every happy moment of the moment. Or in the very adventurous and challenging [through the water tunnel], or in the small scientific world with interactive water circulation equipment [overlapping green corridor], or in the shallow water area that can be trampled wildly [stepping water square], they can run, jump, this is an immersive interactive play space, this is a place full of, An organic ecosystem of educational assistance and scientific interest.







这里以乐园为“舞台”、以场地中的孩童为“主导者”，让小朋友在动手试验互相帮助中创造奇幻的水动力实验。这里业态创新，运营创新，是一个充满灵性与活力的水乐园生命共同体。

Here, the park is the "stage" and the children in the venue are the "masters", allowing the children to create fantastic hydrodynamic experiments in hands-on experiments to help each other. 乐园欢乐之余，慢享街区生活。纵有孩子们在身边嘻嘻玩耍，也该有一处放松心灵的沉浸式生活街区。越过无动力水乐园，转过身，身后便是与售楼处一体化打造的烟火街区。

Enjoy the life in the block while having fun in the paradise. Even if there are children playing around, there should be an immersive life block to relax. Crossing the unpowered water park and turning around, behind you is a fireworks block integrated with the sales office.













林下休憩、光影茶吧、“L形”与“漂浮形”休闲卡座串联起自然与生活与多元化主题场景空间。社区聚场丰富游逛体验，模块化商业空间沉浸式交流体验，人与城市的关系在此重构，“社交＋人文场景”带你体验城市的脉动，寻回“消失的附近”，回归人文集屿。

风吹叶动，影影绰绰间，建筑柔和的色调、材料的自然纹理，解构主义搭配金属与阔叶植物起伏交织，绿意萦绕的自然生活感扑面而来，驻足于此，时光仿佛慢了下来，悄悄蔓延至归家道路上的每一个角落。

With the wind blowing and the leaves moving, the soft colors of the building, the natural texture of the materials, the deconstruction with metal and broad-leaved plants weaving together, the natural life feeling of green lingering comes to the face, stops here, and time seems to slow down, quietly spreading every corner of the road to home.







漫步观望间，“三坊七巷”几何线条与点点灯光映衬而成平常生活中的诗意，人与周围环境的疏离和隔阂在绿意围绕下消融弥合，人间烟火，自然生活。

Walking and watching, the geometric lines of "three lanes and seven lanes" and the little lights set off the poetry in ordinary life, the alienation and estrangement between people and the surrounding environment melt and close under the green, human fireworks, natural life.



见微之屿，大匠巧工，化千年历史文化为毫厘精工，辅品质细节为空间气质，从贯穿全区“三坊七巷”的铺装精细比例实践，到入口整石台阶的定制加工；从昭示水景与种植池图纸的高度还原，到无动力水乐园的创新研发，聚焦到水盘周界退让空间，毫厘必究，有效控制施工误差，在可见与不可见之处，我们始终坚守“和颂精研主义”用心推敲每一处施工细节。溯源历史大作无不吝惜匠心投入，正所谓“见微知著，先见微，再析微，然后才知著凡百事务，要先筹计，料量已定，然后却行，临时必无差错。”

From the practice of fine proportion of paving in the "three lanes and seven lanes" throughout the district, to the custom processing of the entrance stone steps; From the highly restoration of the drawings of the water feature and the planting pool to the innovative research and development of the non-power water park, the focus is on the retreat space of the water plate perimeter, and the construction error is effectively controlled. In the visible and invisible places, we always adhere to the "and Song precision research principle" and carefully consider every construction detail.
