为了满足客户的要求，设计师设计了一个黑白色的住宅，它带有巨大的鸟瞰城市的阳台。露台的设计使设计师将住宅大胆定义为悬浮的环形结构，在这个环形结构和住宅之间是一个拥抱橡树的花园。住宅南侧和西侧露台的水平底基与天际线齐平，两层高的起居房间被放置于这些空间之间。环形结构呈现出干净的白色。住宅本来打算是木盒子，但是因为保养和维护的花费，设计还是选择将其覆盖带有旧有光泽的锌材料。
To meet the clients’ requirements we designed a black and white house with large terraces overlooking the city. The terraces’ drawings led us to involve the house in a heroically suspended ring. Between this ring and the house a garden embraces the oak-trees. On the house’s south and west sides the terraces’ horizontal subbase planes could be aligned with the skyline. The two-storey high living room was placed between these two events. The ring will probably be painted in white. The house was to be a wooden box but due to maintenance issues it will now be coated with patina zinc.
