摘要:经过三千二百公里公路行程游历了东欧七国,沿途城镇无一不散发出迷人魅力;从这七个国家各选取一个城镇,这些城镇从人口规模上看在中国只能算是小城镇,但都经过长期积淀,凝聚着深厚历史文化;同时发现,与一味追求宏大有所不同,这些城镇因为小,发展成为很精巧、强壮、自如……,通过比较,认识到“小,或者更小”,也是一种城镇规划、建设思路。
Abstract: The seven Eastern European countries alongthe author's 3200 km road trip are all full of charms. One town of every eachcountry is picked out here to show its appealing. Given the population, thetown can only be counted "the Mini Town" in China. However, each ofthem reveals historical and cultural features profoundly after centuries'precipitation. The further observation uncovers an interesting fact: thesetowns have gained many advantages from their "small" scale. It givesconfidence to small towns in China. Small size can matter in a good way. In atime of pursuing "Big & Magnificent " in all construction projects,the town planning and design call for new concepts to foster local cultures,something "Small & Exquisite ".
