　　RAMOPRIMO studio is offering two positions as OFFICE ASSISTANT and INTERIOR DESIGNER/ARCHITECT in our office in Beijing. RAMOPRIMO is a young practice with an international staff based in Beijing mainly focused on projects between the fields of architecture, urban research, interior design and street art.

　　We are hiring and therefore now looking for the following profiles:

　　OFFICE ASSISTANT | 行政与媒体主管
　　Requirements:
　　– Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
　　– Curious and positive attitude.
　　– Interest in the art and design fields.
　　– Knowledge of a basic design/architecture vocabulary.
　　– Long term commitment and the will to contribute to the growth of our studio team.
　　Job description and responsibilities:
　　– General office manager and public relation assistant.
　　– Scheduling meetings and appointments.
　　– Contract drafting, coordination and follow-up with clients.
　　– Facility management (stationery, equipment).
　　– Participation in company meetings by translating and assisting the design team.
　　– Company media updating and management.
　　– Other daily administrative duties.

　　INTERIOR DESIGNER/ARCHITECT | 室内/建筑设计师
　　Requirements:
　　– Good communication skills in English, Chinese are a plus.
　　– 2 years experience in the design field.
　　– Previous experience working in China.
　　– Curious towards design and contemporary design trends.
　　– Interest to manage projects at different scales, multitasking and positive attitude.
　　– Knowledge of basic 2D and 3D architecture software.
　　– Knowledge about the different design steps, from concept, material survey, details drawing.
　　– Long term commitment and the will to contribute to the growth of our studio team.
　　Job description and responsibilities:
　　– Take part to the office projects working on different phases, from concept to construction details using the most common architectural and graphic software.
　　– Editing plans, sections and elevations in CAD format.
　　– Attending meeting and coordinate follow-ups with clients.
　　– Dealing and coordinating with suppliers.
　　– Assisting senior designers with various tasks.

　　STUDIO RAMOPRIMO | 头条计画.建筑.设计

　　RAMOPRIMO头条是由在中国工作有10年经验的意大利建筑师Marcella Campa (马吃辣) 和Stefano Avesani (思凡诺)创立。我们的设计理念，是以了解和更好地满足客户的需求的量身定制的方法来设计每个项目。功能空间布局将结合纹理，材料和颜色，以创建一个独特的感觉空间的空间，目标是为日常生活创造一个舒适的空间，或有利于客户品牌的长期战略发展。

　　与此同时，RAMOPRIMO头条名字本身也映射了中国本地城市文化，因为头条的意大利译文表达了古老的北京胡同以条来命名的含义，它标志着一个新生城市建设的开端。我们的主要项目领域为从城市规划到建设、室内设计、制图学、公共艺术活动及安装。头条建筑集中精力致力于社会与建筑环境之间的互动，并根据不同规模，提供适应当代城市生活需求的充满活力的设计解决方案。近些年，头条计画建筑被授予了几个重要的国际奖项和认可，同时于2014年在少有的在立足中国并具有代表性的意大利建筑师中脱颖而出，很荣幸地被选中参加了罗马MAXXI博物馆关于海外意大利建筑师实践作品展。该工作室还与“速溶胡同”项目艺术领域非常活跃[www.instanthutong.com]。

　　马吃辣和思凡诺毕业于意大利威尼斯建筑学院。自2000年以来就开始研究中国城市都市化进程和城市的变化。他们2005年因关于北京和上海老城区的双人项目获得“全球建筑毕业设计大奖”(Archiprix International)。2005年10月他们移居中国开始“速溶胡同”项目，并多次参加中国和国际展览。马吃辣2010年获彼洛克-克拉斯那基金会(Pollock-Krasner Foundation)资助。他们现居住在北京。

　　“ 我们的研究探讨中国急剧都市化的进程，专注于日常环境的社会和物理层面之间的关系，并试图找寻重新解读都市景观的不同方法。对我们而言，城市的面貌是人们与其栖息地相互作用所形成的。都市分析为研究居住者和他们的生活方式提供了一种更为深刻，街头式的方法，体验、时间、路径、观察、偶遇和想法最终变得和建筑环境一样重要。我们希望用“微观城市互动”来表述我们的创作，它提出这样一种可能性，将小规模的都市空间临时用作公共平台，在这个平台上，观众的反应成为事件的主体。”

　　RAMOPRIMO has been founded by Italian architects Marcella Campa and Stefano Avesani, who work in China since over 10 years. Our design philosophy is a tailor-made approach to each project to understand and better satisfy any client’s need. Functional spatial layout will be combined with textures, materials and colours to create a space characterized by unique feeling, in the aim to develop a comfortable space for the daily users and actively contribute to the long term branding strategy of our clients.

　　Our design projects range from urban planning to architecture, interior design and graphics. Main focus of the studio is the interaction between the social and the build environment offering at different scales vibrant design solutions for any contemporary urban living need.

　　The Studio was winning the first prize at the "SHAN SHUI GRAPE GARDEN -YANQING Wine Park, Greenhouse and Winery " international landscape and architectural competition for a Green House in Yanqing 2012 and the third price at Young Italian Architect Award organized by ProfessioneArchitetto and University of Venice. In 2014 RAMOPRIMO has been selected as representative of young Italian architecture in China in the "Erasmus Effect" exhibition at MAXXI Museum in Rome about Italian architectural practices working abroad. In parallel with the design practice the studio is involved on the INSTANT HUTONG project [www.instanthutong.com], investigating contemporary process of rapid urbanization in China, relations between social and physical aspects of everyday environment and ways for people to reinterpret the urban landscape.

　　Among other recognitions received in recent years, studio RAMOPRIMO and its partners have been awarded the international Archiprix prize in Glasgow in 2005, Movin’Up prize in 2009, Pollock-Krasner grant in 2010, and the third prize at the best Young Italian Architects Award in 2012. RAMOPRIMO has been invited to take part to the World Economic Forum in Dalian in 2013 for a panel about Creativity and the Creative Process and to the exhibition Erasmus Effect at MAXXI Museum in Rome in 2014 as selected representative of Italian architectural practices working abroad.
