工作室简介｜Studio Bio



2017年，林经锐与伙伴们共同创立了“寻常设计事务所｜USUAL Studio “，并于杭州和台湾设立了工作室。USUAL Studio是一家立足于研究当下多元化设计的建筑事务所，提供国际化的建筑、景观、室内、软装等设计。工作室关注自然生态、场所精神与艺术美学的融合创新；擅长以带有情感共鸣的设计视角为切入点，并以富有创意的空间设计来解决问题，挖掘寻常事物的潜在价值。

“寻常设计”的作品在近几年迅速获得大众的关注与好评，所获奖项包括：2021第九届BEST DESIGN 最佳设计奖，2020安邸AD100YOUNG，2020 IDMA 第十八届国际设计传媒奖， 2020时尚家居 年度大赏，2020金瓦奖双料大奖“最佳建筑奖”和“首席评委大奖”，2019金点奖，2019亚洲设计大奖Asia Design Prize，2018美国AMP建筑大师奖，2018美国IDA国际设计大奖金银双奖，2017年新加坡（SIDA）室内设计大奖办公类金奖，2017 全球A+Awards建筑奖“评委特别奖”和“最受欢迎奖”双项大奖，2017中国设计年度大会“年度最佳设计机构”等诸多国内外奖项。

In 2017, Lin Jingrui and his partners founded “USUAL Studio” and set it up in Hangzhou and Taiwan. It is an architectural team focused on the diversity of design and investigation through different disciplines to practice architecture, landscape, interior and decoration design. USUAL Studio pays attention to the integration and innovation of natural ecology, idiosyncrasy of the places and artistic aesthetics, taking the design perspective with emotional resonance as the entry point and using creative space design process to solve problems and discover the potential value of common things.
Its design works in recent years have been acknowledged by the media and press worldwide and rewarded with numerous design awards, including：“2021 the 9th BEST DESIGN Award”,“2020 AD100YOUNG”,“2020 the 18th International Design Media Awards (IDMA)”,“2020 TRENDSHOME Annual Award”,“2020 JINWA Award the 5th ‘Best Architecture Award’ and ‘Chief Judge Award’ ”,“2019 Golden Pin Design Award”,“2019 Asia Design Prize Winner”,“2018 Architecture MasterPrize (AMP)”,“2017 Singapore Interior Design Awards (SIDA) Winner”,“2017 A+Awards ‘Jury Winner’ and ‘Popular Choice Winner’ ”and so on.

招聘职位 | Positions

O 商务拓展顾问

1. 对项目有较高的商业策划能力和测算能力；
2. 对建筑及室内有较高的审美判断力；
3. 喜爱社交和结交不同领域的朋友。

O 建筑设计师

1. 3-5年专业工作经验，具备一定的工程实践及施工图经验；有1-2年项目负责人经验优先；对设计充满热情，有较强的专业水准、方案设计能力和沟通能力；
2. 熟练应用Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD 等专业软件, 会使用Rhino者优先；
3. 强烈的责任心、良好的团队合作能力和项目执行能力，能够配合快速的办公节奏，保持高质量的设计；
4. 有境外留学、工作背景者，良好的英文交流能力者优先考虑。

O 室内设计师

1. 建筑、环艺或室内设计相关专业背景，具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神；
2. 有自己独到的设计理念和思维，能够独立完成项目的方案设计工作；
3. 有较强的沟通能力，团队合作能力；
4. 两年及以上工作经验，具有良好的深化设计能力与施工图经验；
5. 熟练使用AutoCAD、PhotoShop等绘图软件，会Rhino者优先；
6. 有境外留学、工作背景者，良好的英文交流能力者优先考虑。

O 助理设计师

1. 建筑、环艺设计或室内设计相关专业本科及以上学历；
2. 良好的建筑理论素养，和良好的建筑表现及表达能力；
3. 熟练应用Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCAD 等专业软件，会Rhino软件者优先；
4. 强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作能力，能够配合快速的工作节奏；
5. 有境外留学、工作背景者，良好的英文交流能力者优先考虑。

O 实习生

1. 建筑学、环艺、室内或相关专业在读本科及以上；
2. 熟练应用Rhino, Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), AutoCad等专业软件；
3. 具备良好的协助、完善、深化、发展设计的能力；
4. 有竞赛经验者优先考虑；
5. 强烈的责任心和良好的团队合作能力；
6. 实习期3个月以上。
