　　先进建筑实验室(AaL)为一家获得多项奖项的建筑设计与创意产业公司，由建筑师穆威于2010创立，目前在中国、法国和美国设有分支机构。许多成功的设计案例已经充分证明了我们在文化建筑，自然建筑，社会事件类建筑方面的设计专长。从各类文化建筑以及事件型建造应有尽有。
　　创始人穆威，挪威注册建筑师协会会员、中国数字建筑设计专业委员会(DADA)联合发起人、全球“70亿规划师联盟(7BU)”联合创始人，先后在西班牙和挪威从事建筑教育和实践，并同时为法国、英国、挪威、西班牙等国家多所大学客座教授。
　　搭建简单而完美的建筑并不是我们唯一的目的。营造一个能被大家分享的，具有广义社会效应的建筑平台是我们对建筑学的至上追求。建筑将不再仅仅是房屋，而是成为一个打破设计、技术、社会三者间隔，并最终将不同背景的人们相互串联，共同学习并体验这个世界的感官工具。
　　自然与轻质是我们的设计路线。它让我们在保持每一个项目具有独一无二、令人难忘的形制同时，又达到了社会对环保、可持续发展的要求。从天空之城到丝房再到南院，我们一次次证明了建筑学不单单是设计师的专利，而可以变成具有广泛社会冲击里的全民狂欢;我们也展示了建筑式的思维，可以同孩童与产品发生良性的互动，更有广度地发挥设计师的创造力与市场价值。

　　招聘职位 | Positions

　　O 项目建筑师
　　1. 建筑学本科及以上学历，熟悉相关建筑设计软件，能够负责从项目伊始到施工图和现场建造的全过程管理;
　　2. 热爱设计，具备不过分偏执的理想主义，善于团队协作和创新精神;
　　3. 具备熟练英语和法语能力者优先。

　　O 建筑师
　　1. 建筑学本科及以上学历，熟悉相关建筑设计软件，擅长方案创意并能配合项目建筑师的日常工作安排;
　　2. 热爱设计，具备不过分偏执的理想主义，善于团队协作和创新精神，具备对建筑设计及周边泛设计的探索和实验精神;
　　3. 具备熟练英语和法语能力者优先。

　　O 产品建筑师
　　1. 建筑学、产品设计、装置设计及美院本科以上学历，熟悉相关建筑设计和工业设计三维软件，擅长展览、空间装置、地景艺术和装配式建筑的创意设计和产品化落地。
　　2. 热爱跨界设计，具备不过分偏执的理想主义，善于团队协作和创新精神，熟悉展览和装置类项目的工作流程。
　　3. 具备相关从业经历者优先，熟练英语和法语能力者优先。

　　O 平面设计师
　　1. 2-3年以上平面设计经验，熟练使用Indesign、Photoshop、Adobe Illustrator等设计软件，能够制作相对复杂的GIF动态图片，具有网页设计经验者优先
　　2. 能够从视觉角度，开展品牌形象建设，对品牌VI进行整体优化，网站、新媒体各平台的整体形象建设
　　3. 负责品牌日常宣传物料的设计(宣传手册、海报等)，针对特定的Marketing项目，参与创意并执行Marketing项目涉及内容的整体视觉建设
　　4. 具备良好的审美及倾听能力，具有在时尚类行业的设计经验者优先，具有视频剪辑、插画、产品设计等其他视觉建设经验者优先，熟练英语和法语能力者优先

　　O 实习生
　　1. 建筑设计及泛设计专业本科四年级以上在校生，全职实习3-6个月。
　　2. 热爱设计，具备不过分偏执的理想主义，善于团队协作和创新精神，能够配合日常项目工作安排。

　　Advance Architecture Lab (AaL) is an award-winning firm of architectural design and creative industry. It is founded by Wei Mu in 2010, our business has now expanded from China to France and United States. We expert in cultural and event architecture with result proven built projects in forms of workshops, libraries, museums and galleries and pop-up event centers.
　　Founder Wei Mu, a NAL registered architect. He is the co-founder of Chinese Digital Architecture Design Association (DADA) and ‘7 Billion Urbanists’ (7BU), who has been practicing architectural design and education in Spain, Norway and China. He is now the visiting lecture and professor of many colleges in France, UK, Norway and Spain.

　　With the pursuit of natural and light materials, we manage to enable all our built projects with impressive and distinctive appearance while positively engaging an eco-friendly design strategy. Our ultimate pursuit is creating an equally shared architectural platform with deep and meaningful social value. Here we transform architecture into a way for people, from different social background, to learn and experience the world, by eliminating the boundaries between design, technology and society. From City In Sky to Silk House to The South Yard, we proved that architecture is not exclusively for architects, it could be turned into a celebration for people. We have also proved that architectural thinking, through an active engagement with kids and product design, could enable architects to harvest more creativity and generate more value.

　　O PROJECT ARCHITECT
　　1. Should own a Bachelor of Architecture or above. Have working knowledge of architectural design softwares. Could take on the project’s responsibility from start to finish, especially during the CD phase and necessary construction management.
　　2. Enthusiastic about design; Be a realistic idealist; Must be a team player.
　　3. Ability to work in Mandarin and English or Mandarin and French is a huge plus.

　　O ARCHITECT
　　1. Should own a Bachelor of Architecture or above. Have working knowledge of architectural design softwares. Should be able to and willing to assist project architects in all assigned duties.
　　2. Enthusiastic about design; Be a realistic idealist; Must be a team player; Interested in exploring design from a broader perspective.
　　3. Ability to work in Mandarin and English or Mandarin and French is a huge plus.

　　O PRODUCT ARCHITECT
　　1. Should own a Bachelor in Architecture, Product Design, Art or above. Own working knowledge of product design/ architectural design softwares. Experienced in design and productization of exhibition installations, landscape art and architectural installations, more importantly.
　　2. Enthusiastic about design in multi-disciplinary backgrounds; Be a realistic idealist; Must be a team player; Familiar with the work flow of the design-build of exhibition projects and installation projects.
　　3. Experienced in relative field is a plus; Ability to work in Mandarin and English or Mandarin and French is a huge plus.

　　O GRAPHIC DESIGNER
　　1. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in relative field. Have working knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design softwares. Should have working knowledge of the design and production of motion graphic files. Experience in web design is a plus.
　　2. Responsible for the deliverables of branding materials, brand Visual Identity refinement for websites and social medias.
　　3. Should actively participate in the design and production for all relative marketing materials.
　　4. A good taste for design. Experience in fashion is a plus; Experience in video editing, drawings and product design is a plus; Ability to work in Mandarin and English or Mandarin and French is a huge plus.

　　O INTERN
　　1. Senior students major in Architecture and other design-related major are welcome. Should be able for intern for 3 to 6 months.
　　2. Enthusiastic about design in multi-disciplinary backgrounds; Be a realistic idealist; Must be a team player; Should be able to multitask and have good time management skill.
