　　O 外籍资深室内设计师 Senior Foreign Interior Designer
　　任职资格：
　　– 具备创意并有完成设计概念方案的能力
　　– 能够创作并深化概念设计方案
　　– 具有良好的性格及与客户沟通的能力
　　– 具备在团队中有效工作的能力
　　岗位要求：
　　– 建筑、室内设计相关专业本科以上学历，3-5年以上工作经验
　　– 精通AUTOCAD，PS，Sketch up，ppt，3Dmax等相关软件
　　– 敬业负责、善于沟通协调，具有良好的团队组织经验和分析问题、解决问题能力
　　– 能够熟练地运用英语和基础汉语进行沟通交流
　　– 熟悉国内设计行业标准和各项要求，对相关行业规范有一定了解
　　– 热爱设计，自信，敢于挑战自我，勇于尝试
　　Job description
　　– Creative conceptual interior design ability
　　– Able to initiate and develop conceptual design
　　– Good personality and client communication skills
　　– Able to work effectively in a team
　　Requirements
　　– Architecture, interior design related degree, 3 -5 years above experience
　　– Proficient in AUTOCAD, PS, Sketch up, ppt, 3Dmax software
　　-Professional responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, good team organizational experience and analysis problem-solving skills
　　-Fluently English & Chinese language skill is preferred
　　– Understand the domesticdesign rules and the requirements of industry standards
　　-Love design, have confidence and courage to challenge

　　O 设计统筹
　　任职资格：
　　– 协助配合主案设计师做好设计深化工作，完成方案制作
　　– 充分了解设计并转换成各项细节图纸
　　– 具有独立深化设计方案能力
　　– 负责工程项目的施工现场变更及竣工图制作
　　– 根据施工现场进行图纸整改，解决施工难点
　　– 协助配合在各项材料以及项目进度上的跟进
　　岗位要求：
　　– 室内设计相关专业本科以上学历，3-5年以上工作经验
　　– 精通AUTOCAD，PS，Sketch up，ppt，3Dmax等相关软件
　　– 熟练英语，有与外籍设计师配合经验者优先

　　– To fully understand the design and produce drawings
　　– Able to develop design proposal individually
　　– In charge of the project construction changes and produce built drawings
　　– Construction site drawings rectification and solving construction problems
　　– To assist with the follow-up material and progress of the project
　　Requirements
　　– Interior design related degree, 3 -5 years above experience
　　– Proficient in AUTOCAD, PS, Sketch up, ppt, 3Dmax software
　　– English communication skill, have experience worked with foreign designers is preferred
　　-Professional responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, good team organizational experience and analysis problem-solving skills
