　　汇一建筑事务所由建筑师徐千禾(AIA, LEED AP)于2013年在北京创設，组成的专业团队，针对当今複雜的发展环境中人们生活形态的变化，进行設計和研究。近年来，随着社会多元交汇、城市快速变迁、国际经济体的流通、以及通讯技术急剧发展，汇一始终致力探索建筑应如何在现实的基础上，融合文化的传承和创新，从空间设计、构造、材质、经济和环保等层面的各细节上，作出有效的突破，迄今已经完成系列不同尺度和功能的设计项目，涵盖文化、居住、办公、城市规划、旧建筑改造等诸多领域。在这基础上展望未来，同仁深信建筑是以人为本的生活、工作和精神活动的载体，其作为可持续发展的营造实践，终将颠覆既有的空间和造型概念的成规，尊重现有的空间肌理，因应高速发展的剧烈挑战，让使用者获得更完整的体验，生活的环境得到真正的改善。
　　in:Flux Architecture, a Beijing based group of architects and designers, operates architectural and urban practices based on rigorous analysis and study of the evolving human society and changing lifestyle. This firm was founded in 2013, and has involved in a large number of projects ranging from cultural, residential and office buildings to urban design and the renovation of old buildings in China. The founder, Chien-ho Hsu (AIA, LEED AP), also lectures in forums and academic organizations. Due to the impact of dynamic culture exchange, rapid urbanization, global economical flows and new communication technologies, successful architectural solutions and urban organizing have to be attained through exploring of the details in all dimensions of space, structure, material, economic and environment, in order to build a integrated user experience including comprehension of the innovative modern world and the cultural heritage. It is our belief that the future of architecture, as one of the pillars for people’s daily activities, shall esteem the existing fabric of urban space and meet the challenges of rapid growth, and the architects have to work practically beyond the petrifying conception of space and form.

　　O 建筑师
　　1. 与主创设计师讨论项目设计思路、提出可行方案
　　2. 进行方案的深化设计，完成各阶段图纸的制作
　　3. 辅助或负责与项目业主方、设计顾问公司、设计院协调等沟通工作
　　4. 依项目需求赴工地协调或驻场
　　任职资格：
　　1. 国内外建筑学本科或以上学历
　　2. 精通AutoCAD、Rhinoceros、Sketchup、VRay、Photoshop、Indesign、Illustrator等设计软件
　　3. 具有3年以上全职工作经验
　　4. 有丰富的方案深化和施工图设计经验者优先
　　5、具有团队协作精神及良好的沟通能力、较强的综合设计和思考能力
　　O Senior Architect
　　1. Bachelor or above degree in architecture is required.
　　2. Fluency in English or Chinese.
　　3. Minimum 3+ years working experience in China.
　　4. Demonstrated strong technical skill and ability to produce and coordinate complete set of SD, DD and CD.
　　4. Proficiency in AutoCAD、Rhinoceros、Sketchup、VRay、Photoshop、Indesign and Illustrator.

　　O 助理建筑师
　　岗位职责：
　　1. 与项目设计师讨论项目设计思路、提出可行方案
　　2. 辅助进行方案的深化设计，完成各阶段图纸的制作
　　3. 依项目需求赴工地协调或驻场
　　任职资格：
　　1. 国内外建筑学本科或以上学历
　　2. 精通AutoCAD、Rhinoceros、Sketchup、VRay、Photoshop、Indesign、Illustrator等设计软件
　　3. 具有1年以上全职工作经验
　　4. 具有团队协作精神及良好的沟通能力、较强的综合设计和思考能力
　　O Junior Architect
　　1. Bachelor or above degree in architecture is required.
　　2. Fluency in English or Chinese.
　　3. Minimum 1+ years working experience in China.
　　4. Proficiency in AutoCAD、Rhinoceros、Sketchup、VRay、Photoshop、Indesign and Illustrator.

　　O 实习生
　　岗位职责：
　　1. 实习生将被安排至各个具体项目中，有和经验丰富的主创建筑师共同工作的机会
　　任职资格：
　　1. 国内外建筑学专业，热爱建筑，本科以上学历
　　2. 熟练运用AutoCAD、Rhinoceros、Sketchup、VRay、Photoshop等设计软件，较强的手工模型能力是必须的
　　3. 能保证至少3个月以上的全职实习期
　　O Intern
　　1. 3 months+ internship is required.
　　2. Good model making skill and familiar with AutoCAD、Rhinoceros、Sketchup、VRay and Photoshop.
　　3. Fluency in English or Chinese.
