　　易思凯斯咖啡是新西兰上市公司CGF的全资子公司，总部在奥克兰，目前在中国有26家门店，室内设计师主要负责中国门店的设计，并会得到新西兰总部总设计师的直接指导。
　　Design Environments, part of the international company Cooks Global Foods (Esquires Coffee), is a specialist interior/fitout retail design company. With our head office inAuckland NZ, we are currently establishing our China design team, working under the direction of the NZ manager, designing innovative Esquires Coffee Houses across China.

　　申请人需符合以下条件

　　To be considered for this position we will require you to have the following skills, experience plus relevant qualifications
　　1. 至少6年零售室内设计或相关专业经验
　　2. 很强的室内设计能力，拥有超强的色彩感，对所在国家和全球设计趋势有较深的理解和兴趣。
　　3. 对建筑规范有行业经验。
　　4. 现场测量和布局
　　5. AutoCAD运用能力，能出全套施工图和施工文件
　　6. 可出具详细的吧台橱柜等木工图纸
　　7. 3D室内可视化，动线规划3D
　　8. Mac和Windows(Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, Freehand use)平台使用能力。
　　9. 可以远程与客户有效开展工作
　　10. 与施工单位和项目经理及供货商有效沟通。
　　11. 有能力选择与品牌相符的材料、家具、地面材料、灯具和墙饰。
　　12. 有说服力、友好并自信的个性
　　13. 最好双语，并拥有当地认可的室内设计/建筑学历。
　　1. At least 6 years’ creative design experience
　　2. Strong interior design ability with excellent colour sense, awareness and an interest in regional and international design trends
　　knowledge and application of all interior services and planning
　　3. Experience & knowledge of sustainable building practices
　　4. Brief taking and site measuring
　　5. Strong Autocad skills and ability to produce full construction plans / documentation
　　6. Detailed cabinetry drawings
　　7. 3D interior visualization, fly/walk through (3D Studio Max)
　　8. Presentation skills of both platforms – Mac and Windows (Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, Freehand use)
　　9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively remotely with clients with a proven ability to take responsibility for a geographical area
　　10. Ability to communicate effectively with shopfitters and project managers directly
　　11. Proven capability to select and procure appropriate materials& furniture including flooring, lighting and wall finishes
　　12. Resilience with a persuasive, friendly and confident personality
　　13. Must beBi-lingual – Fluent English and Chinese communication skills &have an Interior Design / Architectural degree from a recognized tertiary institution
