5 确保上交的成品满足我们的质量要求，客户要求，保证按工期完成。
Ensure that deliverable meet quality standards, client requirements and timeline
6 收集整合设计流行信息和咨询等。
Collect and gather information on design trends and consumer lifestyles or business
职位要求：REQUIREMENTS
1 中国籍建筑师优先(或者汉语听说读写达到流利运用程度)
Chinese architects prefer(Chinese native speaker)
2 软件能力要求：CAD,Rhino,Sketchup,Photoshop,Illustrator等
Software ability required : CAD,Rhino,Sketchup,Photoshop,Illustrator
3 英语听说读写能力达到流利程度。
Excellent written and communication skills with English
4 至少一年相关工作经验。
Minimum 1 year similar working experience as an architect
5 具有施工和材料方面的专业知识。
Strong knowledge in construction process and materials
6 较好的演讲展示能力和沟通技巧。
Very good presentation and communication skills
7 请发送相关作品设计可以展示设计能力和创造力。
A portfolio proving Design skills & creativity
8 建筑师，设计室等相关本科学历
degree in architect ,designer or equivalent.
