北京雅思迈建筑咨询有限公司是新加坡RSP Architects Planners &Engineers(PTE) LTD(雅思柏设计事务所)在中国设立的分公司，于2002年在北京注册成立。公司成立以来，已在国内承接了各种商业综合体、购物中心、办公、酒店住宅、学院、文化建筑等各类民用建筑项目，并逐渐形成了具有综合体设计专长的设计事务所。

我们在中国借鉴新加坡的建筑师负责制模式，协助开发商对项目全过程进行设计质量控制，对材料，构造，细部节点严格把握，以确保设计意图充分表达，完美实现。

RSP Consultants Beijing was established in 2002 as a subsidiary office of RSP Planners & Engineers based in Beijing. We have handled a wide range of projects ranging from commercial mixed-developments, shopping malls, offices, hospitality, schools, cultural institutions.
Our practice model is based on our expertise in Singapore, where by we assist our clients throughout the entire design process in ensuring a high level of quality and design standard is met.

O 高级建筑师 Architectural Designer
1、优秀的设计创新能力。
2、具有一定的建筑师专业实践经验，了解和掌握国内相关的规范、技术等。
3、良好的英文写作与口语沟通能力。
4、熟练使用AutoCAD, Rhino,Sketch up, Adobe CS等一系列相关设计软件。
5、注重团队合作，具有团队间良好的沟通能力。
6、具有较强的积极主动性，注重提高工作效率。

1. Excellent design abilities
2. 1-3 years of architectural experience, understanding of local planning codes and technical aspects
3. Strong communication skills; Fluency in English
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe and related software.
5. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
6. Proactive, highly motivated and efficient


O 建筑师 Project Architect
1、具有2年以上建筑设计专业工作经验以及施工图设计经验，了解项目国家规范、技术以及相关设计工作流程。
2、具有较强的团队沟通和协调能力，工作流程以及顺序安排合理。
3、良好的英文口语沟通能力。
4、熟练使用AutoCAD, Rhino,Sketch up, Adobe CS等一系列相关设计软件。
5、具有较强的积极主动性，注重提高工作效率。

1. Minimum of 2 years experience and above. Experienced in CD, SD, DD and construction phases of the project. Strong understanding of local planning codes and technical aspects and the

O 助理建筑师 Architectural Assistant
1、有建筑学学士或以上的学位。
2、具备较强的沟通和领悟能力，做到与团队工作同步。
3、对于建筑设计具有较强的兴趣与激情，具备良好的职业道德素养，严谨的工作态度和时间观念。
4、熟练掌握： AutoCAD、Rhino、sketchup、Photoshop、InDesign、Grasshopper等软件。
5.、中英文佳者优先

1. Architecture Bachelor degree and above.
2. Strong communication and learning abilities; Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
3. Possess a strong interest and passion in Architectural design; Possess a strong sense of professionalism and punctuality
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Grasshopper and related software.
5. Fluency in English/Chinese preferred


O 多媒体设计师/模型/渲染 3D Model / Architectural Visual Artist
1、精通AutoCAD、3DMAX、等软件工具，熟悉MAX各种渲染插件。
2、精通Photoshop软件，具有较好的美术功底，色彩感觉好。
3、具备良好的场景设计，材质灯光处理能力，对效果图模型、渲染、后期整个过程有深入的了解。
4、两年以上工作经验者优先。
5、有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，较强的主动性和学习意愿，需要承受一定的工作压力。

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3DMAX and related software.
2. Proficiency in Photoshop, possess a good artistic sense.
3. Possess strong understanding in creating excellent environmental, lighting and material effects . Excellent 3D modeling , rendering, and post-production skills as well as a good understanding of the entire workflow.
4. 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
5. Self-motivated and team player. Able to work under pressure.


O 项目行政助理 Project Assistant Manager
1、精通和熟练掌握Office等一系列办公软件。
2、能够熟练掌握和应用英文，并能够使用英文进行沟通和书写邮件。
3、两年以上项目助理或行政助理工作经验者优先。
4、有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，较强的主动性和学习意愿，需要承受一定的工作压力。

1. Proficiency in Office and related software.
2. Proficiency in English ,effective written and spoken English communication skills in a professional setting.
3. 2 years of relevant experience preferred.
4. Self-motivated and team player. Able to work under pressure.
