DA！中文发音的意思是“伟大”，俄语发音的意思是“是的”我们通过即兴创作和讲故事的方式，做出让人们善意、微笑、超现实主义和梦幻般的设计。自成立以来，大！建筑事务所追求用故事驱动设计。我们努力打造独特、艺术、诗意的心灵场所，与自然、人不断对话，其中蕴含着深刻的内涵。总的来说，我们的事务所有近 100 个设计奖项，从城市设计到装置设计，我们有志于创造越来越多的独特项目。

DA！Architects is a multinational team composed of Russia and China, dedicated to exploring the boundaries of architectural research and practice. Our original intention of design is well intentioned, creative, social, poetic, rational and experimental.
DA! MEANS ‘GREAT’ IN CHINESE AND ‘YES’ IN RUSSIAN. OUR BI-NATIONAL STUDIO SAYS ‘YES’ TO GREAT PROJECTS. WE DEVELOP DESIGNS THROUGH IMPROVISATION AND STORYTELLING.SINCE FOUNDING, WE ALWAYS WEAVE ROMANTIC NARRATIVES INTO OUR PROJECTS, PULLING THE THREAD OF HISTORY AND CULTURE INTO POSSIBLE FUTURE, MAKING PLACES IN CONSTANT DIALOGUE WITH NATURE AND PEOPLE, WHICH CARRY A DEEP MEANING BEHIND. WE BELIEVE IN UNFINISHED, IMPROVISING SPACES, WHICH CAN LIVE AND EVOLVE AS TIME PLAYS WITH THEM. DA! Architects studio has five offices in Hangzhou, Moscow, Kunming, Shanghai and Tongling, with young and energetic team and comfortable working environment. DA! is a company that pays great attention to work-life balance. Everyone here is a designer, completely equal: the studio gives employees a lot of power and freedom; everyone has access to the whole design process, which means a great responsibility at the same time.

DA! Architects team believes in incomplete, improvisational spaces that can vividly evolve over time. We are willing to devote all our energy to conceptual thinking and practice excellence in the project. We have weekly online reading club discussions and DA! xue activities. We believe that the collective power can break down the limits of the discipline and also promote our thinking about the world.

Recruitment positions

建筑师  3名
Architects

1. 有多年工作经历者优先，熟知中国建筑设计相关规范，了解施工流程，具有较强的协调沟通能力；
2. 熟练应用AutoCAD，Rhino，AdobeSuite  等专业软件；
3. 良好的团队合作能力和项目执行能力，能够配合快速的办公节奏；
4. 具备优秀的创作及沟通能力，能够清晰、有逻辑地进行方案汇报，与甲方取得良好的沟通效果；

1. Significant work experience, good understanding of Chinese building codes, good communication skills;
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite and other professional software；
3. Good team work and project execution ability, ability to work with fast pace；
4. Excellent creative and communication skills, ability to report the scheme clearly and logically, and achieve good communication effect with a client  


助理建筑师  2名
Assistant Architects

1. 由知名建筑事务所或设计院的工作经验；参与过公共建筑项目全过程者优先；兼具出色的设计能力和扎实的技术知识，关注建筑细节、材料构造，建筑落地性控制；
2. 具有优秀的职业素养和责任心，善于沟通，能够高效有序地带领设计团队；
3. 熟练应用Rhino, AdobeSuite 等软件。

1. Working experience in well-known architectural firms or design institutes; experience in the public architecture design process is preferred; excellent design ability and solid technical knowledge, attentiveness to architectural details, material structure and building landing control;
2. Excellent professional quality and sense of responsibility, good at communication, ability to lead the design team efficiently and orderly;
3. Skillfully use Rhino, Adobe Suite and other software;


建筑实习生  2-4名

1. 有良好的完善、发展设计能力和研究能力；
2. 有较强的手工模型制作能力；
3. 实习期不少于3个月者优先；
4. 实习补贴每月2000人民币起，项目提成及优秀实习生奖金。

1. Have good design and research ability to improve and develop;
2. Strong ability of manual model making;
3. Internship period no less than 3 months is preferred;
4. Internship subsidy is 2000 RMB per month, project commission and excellent intern bonus;


新媒体专员 1名
New Media Specialist

1. 有良好的完善、发展设计能力和研究能力；
2、对内容创作有热情，对设计热爱且文字功底扎实，有写作经验。
3、能承担对外媒体事务，筹划选题，制定相关计划。
4. 薪酬每月3200人民币起，及优秀员工奖金。

1. Good design and research ability to improve and develop;
2. Passion for content creation, love for design, solid writing skills and writing experience.
3. Ability to undertake external media affairs, plan topics and make relevant plans;
4. Salary from 3200 RMB per month and bonus for excellent employees;


新媒体实习生2名
