Bureau SLA & zakenmaker complete 100-meter-long co-living complex in Almere

荷兰设计事务所Bureau SLA 和Zakenmaker在荷兰阿尔默勒Oosterwold郊区，为一群希望将农田变为居住社区的朋友们，设计了一座100米长的合居综合体。在建造预算非常有限的情况下，综合体容纳了9户家庭，户均160㎡。建筑仅外观由建筑师们设计，每个家庭都有决定自己家庭内部空间的充分自由。

Dutch studios bureau SLA and zakenmaker have designed a 100-meter-long co-living complex in the rural area of oosterwold almere for a group of friends wishing to turn a potato field into a community. Built on a very limited budget, the complex comprises nine completely different homes of 160 sqm each, where only the exterior has been designed by the architects, giving families complete freedom to decide on what their interiors should look like.

Bureau SLA和Zakenmaker设计的Oosterwold合居综合体坐落在一公顷农田的一侧，为社区的蔬菜园留足空间。建筑师们将建筑从地面架起，像是漂浮在地表上似的，同时还赋予居民们选择污水管道系统和水管位置的权利。户主们拥有最大程度的选择自由，但建筑师们还是提出了控制要求，七扇门窗要设在建筑的主立面上，门窗户扇以外的立面其他部分使用强化玻璃，整体效果整洁而富于变化。门前设置的公共长廊让邻里交流更方便。

Bureau SLA and zakenmaker‘s oosterwold co-living complex is located on the side of the one-hectare potato field, leaving plenty of space for a community vegetable garden. The architects have raised the long structure from the ground so that it appears to float above the land, allowing, at the same time, residents to choose where the sewage system and water pipes would be located. Given maximum freedom of choice, owners also received a plan for seven windows and doors to be placed in the building’s façade, while the space between the frames has been vitrified with solid parts of glass without a frame for an uncluttered but diverse result. The long communal porch placed at the front, makes it easier for neighbors to communicate with each other.



为了在有限预算里使用高端隔热材料，建筑师们选择了普通材料做地板、屋面、空心内墙，完工前涂刷保温隔热涂料。每户家庭的160㎡生活空间，依据需求构成了9种不同的室内空间形态，如艺术家工作室或者大客厅等。

To achieve high-end insulation within the budget, the architects chose common materials, building the floor, roof and adjoining walls as hollow wooden cassettes, which have been blown in with insulating cellulose upon completion. All families were allocated 160 sqm to divide into living space, resulting in nine diverse interiors that incorporated different needs, such as an artist’s studio or a large living room.
