The fully-glazed tower is simple with orthogonal lines to accentuate its form, while the stone-framed podia has a rich contrasting texture to activate street frontage.
The modern architectural language of proportion and balance complements the surrounding residential and retail spaces and seeks to stitch the urban fabric of Jing'an District with the southern green civic plaza. The design reflects Shanghai's unique urban environment through its elegant façade and timeless aesthetics.
