Kaminsky--townhouses . Gustavslund

砖头是赫尔辛堡发展与繁荣的基石之一，既是出口商品，又是城市景观中的视觉元素。因此Gustavslund的联排房屋，在形式与材料上，即继承了这一传统要素。

Brick is one of the cornerstones of Helsingborg’s development and prosperity, both as an export commodity and a visual element in the cityscape. The new terraced houses in Gustavslund builds on that tradition – both in form and choice of materials.



深灰色的砖块构成了整个建筑的外部，并能抵御强风。甚至阳台的栏杆，都采用砖巧制而成。每栋房屋均呈L形，并在西向的阳面设有中庭庭院。

Dark brown bricks dominate the exterior and protect against strong winds. Even the balcony railings are ingeniously made of brick. Each house is L-shaped and has its own atrium courtyard in a sunny west facing position.



这些房屋都呈现简洁的几何形状，并继承了Ragnar Östberg、Sigurd Lewerentz、Carl Westman、Jörn Utzon、Sven Markelius等名人所倡导的赫尔辛堡现代主义传统特征。基于这一灵感，建筑师也将建筑置于当代语境中综合考量。

The houses have a simple geometric shape that connects to Helsingborg’s modernist tradition with greats such as Ragnar Östberg, Sigurd Lewerentz, Carl Westman, Jörn Utzon and Sven Markelius. With that inspiration, we take the houses into our century.
“Imagine a brick block. Beautifully shaded dark brown hand-walled stones. Then you cut out shapes in it, like a sculpture. A rhythm arises with eleven beats and a full stop at the end.”

设计方案使每栋建筑都可通向私人的防风中庭，沿街外墙也因此更为封闭。在朝西的中庭庭院周围，日常生活自然地发生，不会受到视线侵扰。车库是街道和中庭之间的纽带，可以通过两侧的大门打开。在这里，使用者可以邀请邻居参加花园派对或晚餐。尤其是在夏季雨季时，这里可充当一处有屋顶的户外活动空间。

The houses have been designed so that each home opens onto a private wind-protected atrium courtyard while the street facade is more closed. Around the west-facing atrium courtyard, daily life is taking place, protected from insight. The garage forms a link between the street and the atrium and can be opened with gates on both sides. Here you can invite your neighbors to a garden party or dinner. Outside, under a roof, when the summer rain falls.



车库也可以用作兴趣室或工作室。在整座建筑中，内与外的互动是重点。建筑师希望有通透的视线，例如当使用者在二楼的走廊中漫步时，可在楼梯上观赏窗外风景，同时建筑师还使用了大玻璃，从而在内部和外部形成无缝衔接。

The garage can also be used as a hobby room or workshop. Throughout the house, the play between outside and inside has been central. We have worked both with directed views, such as when you walk in the corridor on the second floor and look out the window over the stairs, but also with large glass sections that create a seamless contact between the inside and outside.



在细节上，建筑师同样精雕细琢，宽敞的厨房与客厅自然相连，架子和餐具室都在楼梯下面，大卧室的尺寸，可容纳宽敞的推拉门衣柜。从那里使用者还可以到达房屋的屋顶花园。

In the details, the architect’s craftsmanship shines through, the kitchen is spacious and naturally connected to the living room, under the stairs both shelves and pantry are integrated, the large bedroom’s dimensions have been designed to be able to integrate a generous sliding door wardrobe. From there you also reach the roof terrace of the house.

When we are involved in owning a project, we have the opportunity to go one step further both architecturally and sustainably. We can control risk and return ourselves and follow the construction from start to finish. In this way, we can build buildings with a higher architectural level.
