      项目位于四川省甘孜州丹巴县莫洛村,建筑设计以场地山峦自然起伏的流线作为建筑空间布局的参照。同时,我们尊重并力图延续当地的传统文化,将丹巴地区特色的石碉建筑作为承载文化的符号、记忆,并以现代的建筑形式,为村民和游客提供既能满足文化纪念需求,又能满足特色商业经营的文化综合体。

The project is located in Moro Village, Danba County, Ganzi Prefecture, Sichuan Province. The architectural design takes the natural undulating flow of the site's mountains as a reference for the layout of the building space. At the same time, we respect and try to continue the local traditional culture, using the stone watchtower architecture characteristic of the Danba region as a symbol and memory of carrying culture, and using modern architectural forms to provide villagers and tourists with a cultural complex that can satisfy both the demand for cultural commemoration and the characteristic commercial operation.

      场地所在的村落位于毛龙沟与大渡河的交汇地带,由于考虑到村落的密度以及对石碉建筑笼的历史保护,场地选取在村落上方的空地处,建筑面积约15000㎡。

The village where the site is located is at the confluence of Mao Long Gouand Dadu River. Due to the density of the village and the historical pro-tection of the stone watchtower building Oiong Cage, the site is selectedin the open space above the village with a construction area of about 15,000㎡.

      建筑设计强调与周边环境的衔接与连续性,整体采用曲面造型与场地融合。结合地势高差,将三个体块以阶梯退台的空间形式嵌入山体,形成建筑的主体。

      同时将建筑作为自然景观的延续,赋予其契合山体绵延走势的流动曲线与串联建筑高差的坡道,使游客可以依托地势与坡道,在建筑内外自由地穿行、游走。

      在回应独特场地条件的同时,设计兼具了对于当地藏羌文化的在地性表达,在建筑中庭围合的纪念性空间内,高耸竖立着代表嘉绒藏族古老文脉中最具代表性的建筑——碉楼。

      它所承载的传统建筑营造法式与民族记忆,也寄托了我们希望表达的场所精神。

The building design emphasizes the connection and continuity with the surrounding environment, and the overall curved shape is integrated with the site. The three blocks are embedded in the mountain in the form of a stepped retreat to form the main body of the building.
At the same time, the building is treated as a continuation of the natural landscape, and is given a flowing curve that fits into the continuous trend of the mountain and a ramp that connects the building's height difference, so that visitors can walk freely inside and outside the building by relying on the terrain and the ramp.
While responding to the unique site conditions, the design is also a local expression of the local Tibetan and Qiang culture. In the monumental space enclosed by the atrium of the building, the most representative building of the ancient culture of the Jajong Tibetan people stands tall - the watchtower.
It carries the traditional building construction method and national memory, and also embodies the spirit of place we hope to express.

      古时的嘉绒人民就地取材,以垒石为居,修石碉抵御外族侵袭,其中,用随处可见大小不一的碎石块砌筑出来的高达三十余米的邛笼式石碉,是民族智慧的结晶。羌族碉楼在形体上具备稳固性、抗倾覆性。羌族石砌碉楼的形体为下大上小的梯形体,使建筑重心下降,减轻了建筑上部的自重。

In ancient times, the people of Jajong local materials, to build stone for living, repair stone towers to resist foreign invasion, which can be seen everywhere with different sizes of stone blocks built out of more than 30 meters high Qiong cage stone towers, is the crystallization of national wisdom. Qiang towers in the form of solidity, resistance to overturning. Qiang stone towers for the shape of the lower large trapezoidal body, so that the center of gravity of the building down, reducing the self-weight of the upper part of the building.

      建筑场地靠近村落,空间的布局由内及外,由下至上划分为传习所、展馆、大厅、儿童活动室、餐厅和图书馆。

It carries the traditional building construction method and national memory, and also embodies the spirit of place we hope to express.Building site near the village, the layout of the space from the inside to the outside, from bottom to top divided into the mission, exhibition hall, hall, children's room, restaurant and library.

      我们尊重建筑场所的地域特性与文化属性。建筑外立面使用灰色哑光的曲面石板用以迎合嘉绒藏族传统建筑的色彩。同时,建筑的整体形态也是对山形意向的模仿,以节制的体量融入山体,回应着嘉绒藏族对于山的崇拜信仰。

We respect the regional identity and cultural attributes of the building site. The building facade uses matte gray curved stone panels to match the color of the traditional architecture of the Gyatso-Tibetan people. At the same time, the overall form of the building imitates the intention of the mountain shape, and the restrained volume of the building is integrated into the mountain, responding to the worship of the mountain by the Gyatso-Tibetan people.

      建筑空间的退台形式构成了覆土空间。每层楼板顶部覆盖的景观植被,将建筑有机地植入自然山坡地形中,弱化了建筑与场地的边界。在自然且原始的坡地上,文化综合体能够作为融合自然的景观式建筑消隐于场地。

The receding form of the building space constitutes a cladding form. The landscape vegetation covering the top of each floor slab organically implants the building into the natural hillside terrain, weakening the boundary between the building and the site. On the natural and pristine slope, the cultural complex is able to fade into the site as a landscaped building that blends with nature.

      历史文化馆作为乡土记忆传承与延续的载体,是整个文化综合体的重要空间节点。以碉楼为视觉中心,强化展馆的纪念性和标志性。围绕碉楼的夹层展廊,拓宽了游览路径的空间维度。

As a carrier for the transmission and continuation of vernacular memory, the History and Culture Pavilion is an important  spatial node of the entire cultural complex.  Watchtower as the visual center to strengthen the monumentality and iconic nature of the pavilion. The mezzanine gallery around the towers widens the spatial dimension of the tour path.

      图书馆的整体形态内化了建筑外观的曲线形式。阶梯在满足游客通行的前提下,兼具阅读、休憩、举办小型活动等功能。二层平台采用悬挑结构,与贯通首层的阶梯式阅读区相融合。

The overall form of the library internalizes the curved form of the building's exterior. The staircase serves the functions of reading, resting and holding small events while satisfying visitors' passage. The second floor platform adopts a cantilevered structure, which is integrated with the stepped reading area through the first floor.

      餐厅位于图书馆和儿童活动室之间。主要用来满足外来游客对于当地美食的消费需求,用餐的桌椅也参考了嘉绒藏族传统家具的式样。

The restaurant is located between the library and the children's room. It is mainly used to meet the consumption needs of foreign visitors forlocal cuisine, and the dining tables and chairs are based on the style of traditional Jajong Tibetan furniture.

      在儿童活动室中,我们注重儿童游玩时的安全与空间体验,以环绕式的流线规划为儿童提供安全、舒适的活动场所。

In the children's activity room, we pay attention to the safety and spatial experience of children when playing, and provide a safe and comfortable place for children with a wrap-around flow planning.

      当下,乡村建设发展迅猛。这使得传统建筑的文化与在地属性常被忽视,批量同质化的乡建建筑样貌,更加消隐了建筑中的在地文化属性。在这种情况下,我们在本案的设计中探讨建筑应当以何种外部形态彰显当地的地域特色。

      我们试图通过有效地解构地域文化的特色元素,并重塑成为现代且较为激进的空间形态,以富有张力的曲面呈现建筑 ——地域文化 ——场所间的关联。并期望以此传承、发扬当地文化,从而实现保护和建设美丽乡村的愿景。

At present, rural construction is developing rapidly. This makes the cultural and local attributes of traditional architecture often neglected, and the bulk homogenization of rural architectural patterns has further eliminated the local cultural attributes in architecture. In this case, we explore what external form the building should take to reveal the local  characteristics of the area.
By effectively deconstructing the distinctive elements of the local culture and reshaping them into a modern and more radical spatial form, we attempt to  present the connection between architecture - local culture - place with a tense curved surface.  In this way, we hope to pass on and promote the local culture, thus realizing the vision of preserving and building a beautiful village.
