'H3' is a detached, two-floor family home which is built onto a 7000 m2 piece of land in the city of athens, its structural presence much like that of being displayed on stage. designed by greek firm 314 architecture studio, the main volume of the house is supported by pillars, in which it hovers over a swimming pool, giving the feeling of floating over water as a means of tapping into the owner's love for yachts.
The bioclimatic concept of the dwelling implements cooling through its contact with water, and the use of geothermal energy gives this residence a dynamic and modern aesthetic, while also being eco-friendly. the elevated structure also features a green terraced platform for additional outdoor space.
