Atrium Villas in KehriaSkiathos

这座别墅综合体包括3座房屋，建在一个树木繁茂的山坡上，俯瞰着斯基亚索斯岛的西海岸和珀利翁山东部。自然环境决定该综合体的建筑布局，综合体包含6个体量，它们以线性形式顺着场地的斜坡，平行于海景。

The complex consists out of 3 houses built on a wooded hillside overlooking the west coast of Skiathos and the eastern Pelion. The natural environment defined the architectural layout of the complex that consists out of 6 volumes following the slope of the site in a linear formation, parallel to the sea view.

这座综合体的北部封闭而统一，南部体量展现不同的房屋，给居住者提供隐私和绝色海景。每座房屋包括两个建筑，它们通过轻型钢结构如棚架、桥梁和楼梯连接，产生中庭和阳台，两者之间的空间形成别墅的中心。中部空间用作内部的延伸，形成实用又可见的连贯整体，并且将外部空间变成别墅的一部分。

The complex presents itself closed and unified to the North, while to the south the volumes open up differentiating each house and offering the inhabitants privacy and stunning views to the sea. Every house consists out of 2 buildings connected through light steel constructions such as pergolas, bridges and staircases creating atriums and verandas, spaces in between that form the heart of the houses . Intermediate spaces used as an extension of the inside, forming a continuity both functional and visual and turning the outer space into a part of the house.

项目使用的主要材料是石材开采、木材、芦苇、钢材和玻璃。无柱角落用玻璃建造，能让人一览无余地欣赏海景，并使客厅敞向阳台。芦苇用于遮蔽和保护隐私。石墙和轻钢构件之间产生了对比，突出了这个综合体，并且给它带来了明亮的感觉。

The main materials used in the project are the stones coming from the excavation, wood, reeds, steel and glass. The column free corners out of glass allow undisturbed views to the sea and open up the living rooms to the verandas. The reeds are used for shadow and privacy. The contrast created between the stone walls and the lighter steel elements underlines and gives lightness to the composition.
