　　O Senior Architectural Designer/Architectural Design Project Manager (Location: Beijing)
　　Key Job Responsibilities:
　　1. Takes charge of all phases of project work including preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documents and supporting materials;
　　2. Provides major input in the development of the entire design concept for the assigned work, incorporating all required systems under Architectural Design Director with the support of the Technical Design Consultant;
　　3. Leads the detailed preparation of design documents and contributes to preparation of construction documents during all project phases.
　　4. Leverages technical acumen in Revit and AutoCAD to drive client projects from concept through build;
　　5. Provides technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges;

　　O Senior Interior Designer (Location: Beijing)
　　Key Job Responsibilities:
　　1. Assists the design director on workplace, hospitality and commercial project, providing design solution by giving clients excellent service both on design and delivery;
　　2. Represents VP’s design to clients and the design community, improving design quality and working profitably for the firm;
　　3. Works closely with Design Director to develop design solutions from conceptual level through construction documentation;
　　4. Supports preparation of conceptual designs, space plans, presentations, and develop designs;
　　5. Produces design visualizations utilizing 2D and 3D software including Revit, AutoCAD, 3D StudioMax, SketchUp, Rhino, Grasshopper, PhotoShop;
　　6. Monitors and mentors junior designers;
　　7. Coordinate with Design team and Design Directors;
　　8. Coordinates with client teams, project managers, construction managers and others to develop design documents, construction details, field reports, construction documents, freehand sketches, responses to queries;
　　9. Be responsible for coordination and quality control of design and construction documents;
　　10. Develops concept, design development tender and construction documents;
　　11. Cross checks scheduling and documentation;
　　12. Supports other related responsibilities as assigned.
　　Desired Skills and Expertise:
　　1. Minimum of five years total professional experience including proven track record of leading the design of large-scale projects such as, corporate headquarters, commercial or hospitality projects preferred;
　　2. Four-year architectural or interior design degree; completion of five or six-year architectural or dual degree program preferred;
　　3. Demonstrates strong knowledge of programming and functional adjacencies;
　　4. Demonstrates practical knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques, building systems selection, related engineering principles, sustainability strategies and building codes;
　　5. Possess a high level of visual and verbal communication skills and a high level of freehand and rendering skills;
　　Have the ability to mentor team members, offer guidance and leadership;
　　6. Knowledge of the total project process including fee and team management, schedules and budgets;
