职位1：高级建筑设计师
招聘人数：2-3
职位待遇：面议
职位要求：
•         具有国内外知名院校建筑学学士或以上学位
•         具有五年以上国内外设计院、设计公司工作经验
•         完成过大型项目（侧重超高层写字楼、酒店、商业综合体、公建及文化类项目等）方案及扩初，施工图设计以及后续设计指导
•         具有项目负责人经验并能够良好地领导项目，熟悉国家规范
•         熟练使用AutoCAD, SketchUp, 等常用软件
•         熟练中英文的双语专业人士优先  

•         Professional degree in architecture
•         A minimum of five years’ experience in design institutes or architectural firms
•         Experience with large-scale projects, especially SD, DD, CD/site supervision
•         Ability to coordinate and lead professional consultants and team members
•         Good knowledge of Chinese building codes
•         Excellent drawing skills with AutoCAD and SketchUp/Rhino
•         Working proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred

职位2：助理建筑设计师

•         具有超高层建筑项目工作经验优先
•         熟练使用AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator等设计绘图软件
•         熟悉国家规范
•         熟练中英文的双语专业人士优先

•         Professional degree in architecture
•         A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in design institutes or architectural firms
•         Experience with large scale projects, especially high-rise is preferred
•         Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
•         Knowledge of Chinese building codes is preferred
•         Working proficiency in both Chinese and English is preferred
