来自建筑事务所的描述：Loft9位于东门洞的山丘上，它面朝高层公寓，四周环绕着低矮的红色瓦房。位于基地旁边的白色房屋是新建的。LOFT9由9个房间组成，这些房间都用来出租，因此，设计师的目标是完成有一个有效的形式，以最大化楼层的面积。通过光驱动，设计师用清晰的形式巧妙地修饰了一个高效的运作形式。第4层和第5层被设计成阁楼住宅，最大限度地开阔了露台的视野。简单的盒子形状部分用栏杆填充在角落边缘，以软化矩形体块，在旧的红色瓦房和新的白色建筑之间覆盖了淡红色。   

Text description provided by the architects. LOFT9 is located on the hill of Dongsomun-dong facing the high-rise apartment and surrounded by low-level red tile-roofed houses. Next to the site, the white painted housing building is newly constructed. LOFT9 consisted of 9 rooms is for rent, so it aims to have maximum floor area with an efficient form. The volume, which is driven by the right of light, is delicately refined with setbacks for the clarity of form. The 4th & 5th level is designed like loft house for maximizing wide view on the terraces. Simple box shape is partly filleted on the corner edges with balustrades for softening the rectangular volume which is cladded with the pale red in between the old red tile-roofed houses and new white building.



当你进入住宅时，你可以观察到垂直环流是如何浮在水面之上的，同时，你还可以看到从它上面生长出来的植物小岛，像厨房和位于顶层的家庭娱乐室。私人区域与楼梯结合在一起的水平环流也在令人愉快的景象中得到缓冲，这个离地3米的高度同时也为水元素提供了一个新的视角。

这个住宅非常开放，设计师的意图明确，他将内部与外部结合起来，消除物理限制本身。

You can observe how the vertical circulation “floats” over the water when accessing the residence, while nourishing small islets of vegetation which emerge from it and are directly related with the main social areas like: the kitchen and the family room located on the top floor. The horizontal circulation that unifies the private areas with the stairs also enjoys from this pleasant view and gives a new perspective to the water element by being 3 meters above the ground.
The residence is very open and has a clear intention of merging the interior with the exterior, disappearing the physic limit itself.













建筑所用的非常简单，石头和木头，玻璃和钢。设计师在基本材料范围内赋予了他们从格式和结构上的多样性，例如，用大石板做地板来实现公共区域的连续性，同时也可以将石板做成薄薄的墙壁，形成双重高度的阳台。同时也可以将石材最小化到极致，使它获得一个坚固的字符用作视觉来结束某些对象强调方向性。

家具，装饰和气氛是设计任务的一部分，设计师通过简单和节制来强调它的外观的重要性，例如起居室里的立体大框架，它结合了不同类型的木材和三角镜子。

The material pallete is very simple, Stone and Wood contrast and harmonize with Glass and Steel. Between this almost basic material range, looking to give variety to its use, format and texture, in a way that, for example, the Stone can be used as the floor in a big format used as plaques to achieve continuity in the public area, but at the same time it can be cut as a thin stave to celebrate the terrace at a double height, it can also be minimized to the extreme where it acquires a rugged character and be used as a visual ending to certain objects to emphasize directionality.
The furniture election, decorations and ambience were a part of the assignment, and it tries by its simplicity and sobriety to highlight the object lines, to the point where it sometimes refers to the exterior, emphasizing its importance, a clear example of this is the big tridimensional frame in the living room, which combines different types of wood with triangular mirrors that give us little outside glimpses.
