建筑空间是一种具有容量感的实体，它以一种虚和实相互依存的方式呈现出来。如果过多追求对空间的占有欲，过分强调和重视功能性，空间轻易就会陷入一种僵硬的模式。在整体的建构中，设计师有意追求一种呼吸感，目的是创造一种情感体验。建筑因人而存在，通过对空间进行多层次的、多维度的分割，丰富的视觉体验转换为无形的呼吸感，充分表达出具有象征、隐喻意义的现代性特点。

现代性引发的事物的混乱、无序、随机等，使人与人之间的联系、沟通显得有些力不从心。设计师必须要以一种协同互联的方式，直面现代性的疏离，承认现代性特有的冲突与模糊。门、窗、桌、椅、隔断等元素，均被赋予一种内在的流动性，旨在增强同事之间的协作。空间蕴含着丰富的人文倾向，并与场所环境和谐统一，体现出积极的参与性。让居于其中的人顺畅交流，营造出高效沟通、轻松自由的公司文化。

总经理办公室集中体现了办公区整体的艺术格调与品位。考究的器具、精致的搁架、妥帖的色彩组合，无一不丰富了空间丰富多彩的容纳状态。设计中包含材质的纯粹表达、构造的精细处理、光影的细腻变化等，只有通过实际观察、倾听和触摸，才能发现其中的魅力。艺术是将物理空间、心理空间和社会空间统一起来的媒介，是用诗学方式表达对现实世界的理解与尊重。

正如路易斯·康所言：“建筑是空间的创造性思维，是某种和谐的自发形式，能够很好地服务于建筑空间的目的。”基于清晰的组织结构和逻辑体系，设计师以现代主义为外在格调，剔除了冷漠性与严肃性，并且运用隐喻、变形、解构等手法，倡导用多元的“视角主义”来拓展思维。这种潜在的秩序感所带来的意义，也成为一种明确的符号与标签，作为公司文化的独特代言。

设计师直言：“我们从来没有反对在建筑本身的雕塑性，但我们反对完全抽象的表达和无意义雕刻的建筑。”办公区摒弃了许多外在的不必要的装饰，而是秉持着尽善尽美的思想，灵活运用材料，并结合简洁克制的形体，实现空间组合的虚实结合。建筑所体现的先锋美学呈现出丰富、深厚和立体的特点，消解了现代主义建筑的纯功用意涵，提炼出一种人性化、象征性、互文性的新语汇。
