The project is located in dashuiyu village, Huairou, Beijing. Dashuiyu is famous in Beijing B & B village and is close to several scenic spots. Party A hopes that this project will be positioned as light luxury.
The current situation of the project is a farmyard, which is divided into two front and rear courtyards, both of which are glass enclosed indoor courtyards. The design strategy is to sort out the spatial relationship, give new effects through outsourcing, and reduce the damage to the original building.
The spiral stairs in the backyard form a new visual focus. The device for punching the secondary holes (irregular holes) of the perforated aluminum plate forms a new installation art for residents to punch in and take photos. The large glass on the side of the original yard is wrapped in the form of irregular holes, making the window holes part of the effect. The use of Changhong glass isolates the external messy environment. Many chandeliers in the hall complement the interior design. The palm trees wrapped the original pillars.
The design adopts a large number of perforated aluminum plates. Through the wrapping of trusses, external facades, handrails, indoor stair handrails, etc., the internal hidden light belt, and the warm yellow light can be penetrated through the holes of perforated aluminum plates to achieve integrity. At the decoration design level, through the decoration effect of white, gray terrazzo and black terrazzo corresponding to the wall top and ground respectively, and adding the treatment of dumb gold metal jumping color, the overall space has unity.
The project aims to explore how to make a deep overall impression on people’s perception with the least damage to the original structure. The integrity of the project is a goal.
