随着“场景革命”风潮的持续发力以及城市化进程的愈演愈烈，一方面多元化的社区商业已然成为时下发展的网红业态；另一方面互动、体验、沉浸式社交生活正在成为消费主力们的首选，这也为我们的设计营造带来更多的思考与趋向，在日益追求无界营造的今天，我们是否更应关注消费“人本”的社交生活、重塑精神价值、为其提供融合人文自然的商业氛围？是否更应关注建立“和而不同” 、“新烟火主义”的温度空间？

相信这次关于人文主义的创新实践，正在以开放性的隐喻完成我们对生活的赞颂与质疑。

ON THE CANAL



本案近邻京杭大运河，一条从历史流向未来的千年文脉带来了悠久的历史文化底蕴，带来了“多元融合”的新兴业态，也带来了“新传承、新动能、新景观”的聚能新生。历史与现实于此交汇，独特的韵味与时代需求环抱迭起，在运河之畔一场都市新烟火主义生活美学正在沁润浮生。

在景观空间营造中，我们打破以往传统商业那些“突破”与“违和”，“刻意”和“生造”，更注重软性的、社交的、生态可持续的沁润，比如我们将运河文脉语素化作设计手法融入空间形态营建中，将京杭运河动态的波纹意象衍生而成城市漫游生活，有人文艺术也有无界融合。比如我们更注重对保利“和字系”精致烟火社区的解读与多维运用，在空间功能分区设计中，强化引力橱窗与盒子聚场组合景观设计，形成具有街区氛围感与城市烟火气的地标之所，让居者在家门口就能随时随地的来一场CITY WALK之旅，将社区变成一种可休闲、可社交、可办公、可悦己的多元化空间。在这个千年运河之畔，人与城市、人与自然、人与社区、人与人之间的链接需求正在真实发生，自然生根。

In the construction of landscape space, we break the "breakthrough" and "disharmony", "deliberate" and "creative" of traditional business in the past, and pay more attention to soft, social and ecologically sustainable Qinling. For example, we integrate the design method of canal context morpheme into the construction of spatial form, and derive the dynamic ripple image of Beijing-Hangzhou Canal into urban wandering life. There are humanities and arts and boundary-free fusion. For example, we pay more attention to the interpretation and multi-dimensional application of Poly's "Harmony" exquisite fireworks community. In the design of spatial functional zoning, we strengthen the combination landscape design of gravity window and box gathering field to form a landmark with a sense of neighborhood atmosphere and urban fireworks.











在本案城市界面设计中不同于以往项目打造，本次我们采用“引力橱窗”策略，前场延续运河“水流浮力”符号运用到场地水景设计中。记忆中的杭州应水而润，因运而生，融合场地绿植交相辉映打造起伏重叠的“灌木丛浪”，身处其间，自然的绿意扑面而至，仿若川流不息的千年运河文脉丛生，跳跃的水波，灵动的浪花，在阳光的牵引下邂逅“日暮林熹”。

In this case, the urban interface design is different from the previous projects. This time, we adopted the strategy of "gravitation window", and applied the symbol of "water buoyancy" of the frontcourt continuation canal to the site waterscape design. The remembered Hangzhou should be moist with water, born with luck, and blend the performance of the site to create a "brush wave" with ups and downs. In the meantime, natural greenery came to our face, just like the endless Millennium Canal with numerous contexts, jumping waves and waves.





日暮晕染的林间晓风形成“全景宽屏橱窗”，在植物景观的映衬下不乏精奢与艺术之美。我们以“河马IP”推演为落日形象，强化“街区标志”，打造具有昭示性的视觉锤点，活力灵动又抓人眼球。路上的行人只是路过也会被这一街区聚场吸引，步入其中来一场发掘探索的“CITY WALK”。

The faint breeze in the forest at sunset forms a "panoramic wide-screen window", which is rich in luxury and artistic beauty against the background of plant landscape. We strengthen the "block sign" with the design of "a red sun", and create a visual hammer point that is indicative, dynamic and eye-catching. Just passing by, we will be attracted by the gathering of this block and step into a "citywalk" to explore.









穿过林下空间来到消解社区与城市隔阂的新人文主义集合公共空间，这里作为前场城市界面的延伸部分，更为凸显生活场景与多元业态组合式发展。在这里你会看到可随时停留打卡的外摆桌椅，半打开的橱窗展示，有烟火气的杂货铺，环境优美且充满文化与历史气息的居住区，配套各类功能性模块的店铺，共同构建而成一个独具城市新烟火主义的生活图景。

Through the undergrowth space, we come to the new humanistic collective public space to bridge the gap between the community and the city. As an extension of the frontcourt city interface, it highlights the combined development of life scenes and multiple formats. Here, you will see tables and chairs that can stop to punch in at any time, half-opened window displays, grocery stores with fireworks, residential areas with beautiful environment and full of cultural and diachronic atmosphere, and shops supporting various functional modules, which together form a unique life picture of urban new pyrotechnicism.







一侧保利和字系原创“HIPPO和酷马”标志动作提升沉浸式体验的互动氛围，时尚、玩趣的橱窗，各功能集市的组合，公园里的热闹场景正在社区上演，这里是独具都市人文主义的“第三空间”，是打开社区边界，让生活、社区、城市自然流动的城市风向标。

One side of the Poly and the original "HIPPO and cool horse" logo action to enhance the interactive atmosphere of immersive experience, fashion, fun window, the combination of various functions of the market, the lively scene in the park is staged in the community, here is the unique urban humanism "third space", is to open the community boundary, let the life, the community, the city of the natural flow of the city wind.

















“在都市主义与人间烟火的徜徉中，自然写意是最好的衔接”，漫步来到后场庭院。区别于前场的社交、互动、多业态组合空间，后场更注重自在休憩与自然聚场打造，更注重于地缘文脉记忆之上，传承历史文化，拉近人与城市、场地、空间的距离。

"In the wandering between urbanism and human fireworks, natural freehand brushwork is the best connection". Different from the social, interactive and multi-format combination space in the frontcourt, the backcourt pays more attention to leisure and natural gathering, and pays more attention to inheriting the historical context on the basis of geographical context memory, thus narrowing the distance between people and cities and venues.









我们以“大树聚场”打造核心景观空间，微风与文脉有着天然的聚合力，婉约细腻的植物组合营造出杭州江南那份独特的人文水林韵味，漫步于此，心中涌起一股久违的喜悦，静谧守望，如故弥新。

We build the core landscape space with "big trees gathering place", the breeze and context have natural cohesion, and the graceful and delicate plant combination creates the unique charm of the south of Hangzhou. Walking here, I feel a long-lost joy, quietly watching, as old as ever.







“每一座城市都有自己独特的风情，它渗透在每一条街、每一处铺装、每一丛生境，每一个行者浑身上下的风情中”。无界邻里，人文烟火，匠心入微，在日夜兼程的精工营造中，在深入洞察居住者的切身需求中，在与人交往的温情中。如今，“和者筑善”的理念正投射于城市“新烟火主义”浪潮中，一种新文化、新的生活方式，新的语素，新的共建连接正在场地中生根发芽，交融新生。

"Every city has its own unique style, which permeates every street, every pavement, every cluster, and every traveler's style." Boundless neighborhood, humanistic fireworks, ingenuity, in the meticulous construction of day and night, in the in-depth insight into the immediate needs of residents, in the warmth of communication with people. Nowadays, the concept of "harmony builds goodness" is projected in the wave of "new fireworks" in the city.
