This immaculate Hillsboro Beach residence with a view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway in Florida may be way out of pretty much everyone’s price range at 42 million, but it is still fun to take a peek. This luxury seaside estate featured in the May 2005 Architectural Digest was designed by internationally renowned Legoretta + Legoretta with interiors by Chicago-based Gregga Jordan Smieszny, complemented by masterful layered gardens by landscape architect Fernando Caruncho. This alluring 2.8 acre Hillsboro Beach estate resides between 232 feet of covetedAtlantic beachfront and 250 feet on the Intracoastal with deepwater dock. The amenities included are to numerous to name but many are featured here in the stunning photos. My favorite is the gridded window wall facing a tranquil reflecting pool that runs up to the face of the house.
