Appreciation towards AS-DOES for providing the following description:|
“在山间建立一座桥梁式的多层停车场”是由意大利建筑师Angelo Salamone带领的设计团队AS-DOES (Designers Of EcoSystems)提交的创新方案。该设计在莫埃纳市政府举办的Longea（意大利旅游胜地）停车场国际设计大赛中获得二等奖。
Making a multistorey car park in mountains like a bridge: this is the alternative and innovative proposal of the design team AS-DOES (Designersof EcoSystems) led by italian architect Angelo Salamone who won the second prize in the international competition of ideas for the construction of a parking lot in the area called Longea launched by the Municipal Administration of Moena very popular tourist place in Italy.
The topic of "sustainable mobility" for some years now occupies a prominent place in the programs of the municipal administration of Moena and much effort was made on the subject, a commitment that has allowed Moena to enter the virtuous circle of the "Alpine Pearls" .
The proposal is sustainable from the construction and it is alternative to the location indicated in the notice. It is concerned to design the bridge-parking as a symbol of a new utopian architecture as an element-pragmatic for the creation of perfect places from the point of view of economic, social and environmental encouraging a sustainable tourist hedonism. The solution thus opts for a programmatic and pragmatic symbiosis.
Rather than erect a discounted bridge next to a very expensive and not sustainable, both environmentally and financially, multistorey car park hidden in the side of the mountain , it was proposed to build a multi-storey car park bridge on two supports: bridge + car park in only one building.In fact, in the area identified by the notice, due to the shape of the site to position the cubage useful to parking, would be necessary large excavationworks of this part of the mound and the realization of extended containment works of the lands to prevent landslides. The multi-storey carpark bridge instead is characterized by high functionality and by ability to achieve a original building and modern interior bright and welcoming spaces,facades that blend harmoniously with the surrounding environment while avoiding all the works of excavation and containment that would damageirremediably the ecosystem of the context.
The construction system is very economic because it consists of prefabricated elements. The absence of pillars between the parking spaces, the size of the parking and of driveways allow you to pass safely in the parking lot and park your car in a comfortable way .
The large cover at the top of the bridge, intended to traffic for parking of cars, for bikes and for pedestrians, would offer unprecedented spectacularviews , a kind of double-sided viewpoint: the country on the south the peaks to the north. On the large roof garden, the new lookout, that can bereached also directly from within the carpark itself, is placed a tourist information point with bike sharing service so that it can be used by touristswho leave the car and go on a visit to the locality on a bike.
The area so undeveloped for building like was envisaged in the notice, coasting the river, it becomes a park and crossed by bike paths and pedestrianarea of transit to Moena, thanks to a small natural amphitheater made reusing the ground of excavation of the tunnel required by the notice to crossa military area, can be used as an arena for outdoor cinema, events, cultural, theatrical performances, concerts, ice rink, Christmas markets etc. ...
