它不仅是扩大绿化带周边的绿色空间,同时在区域特点和城市岩石断面的基础上还设计了具体的绿化空间,来建造一个以景观为主导的都市生活空间。
该地块上建筑分四种类型:住宅,商业,旅游和办公室。在参数设计方法和程序语言动力的支持下,我们能够将这块地设计的更完美,通过充分考虑区域特点和绿色地带之间的联系来达到这个完美。水电站作为景观规划的子系统,也将起到关键作用。由于经济建设的局限性,设计师以前是建议利用水利系统代替湿地净化系统。 新提议将再次回归到绿色本身。同时,绿色将成为这里最有活力的空间。因为这里三分之一的区域将会成为绿化带。
在一个以低碳为时尚的世界里,想要维持这个区域与环境友好相处,就将使用水用于灌溉。然而,最大的挑战是Alsow水电系统。关键是如何设计一个地面结构来收集附近地区的污水。
所以设计师设计了一个更有效的收集污水系统。通过污水处理,净水将被重新分配到水文系统。作为一个务实的景观城市主义者,最终目标是实现自给自足。
In the Frontsea landscpae and greeing planning, we believe the key element to create various landscape spaces in the green grid building, which could work to aviod the repetitive and dullfulness space.
It is not only expanding the green space near the greening belt, but also design these green spaces specificly based on the zoning code and urban infractures to archive a service lead landscape urbanism.
With the four typologies in this site: housing, commercial, tourism and office, we are able to design the site with the support of pramatric design approach and the power of programming laugage, which would fully considered the zoning codes and the linkage to greenbelt to archieve a better effiecency. the Hydro system as a sub-system of this landscape planning would also play a key role. The early proposal is to using wetland cleaning system is replaced by branch like hydro system due to the economic and construction limitations. The new proposal would draw the design attention back to the green finger itself. Meanwhile, the green finger would become the the most livily space in the area. As the one thrid of the site area will become green spaces.
In a world with low-carbon in its fashion, the environment friendly way to sustain the site would be using reclying the water from the site for irrigation.
However, it is alsow the biggest challenge to the hydro system.
The Key is how to design a ground structure to collecting the sewage water in the nearby areas.
The architectures in the site have been designed in clusters as a higher effiecent system to collect sewage water. Through sewage treatment, the cleaining water will be redistributed to the brance system of hyrdro grid. The ultimate objective of this design is to archive an self-sustain site, as a pragmatic approach for landscpae urbanism.
