Simple House

来自事务所的描述。极简住宅是为位于斯洛文尼亚，Kropa独特地区的单身家庭而做的项目。房子的基本形状比较典型——有着人字形屋顶的干净体块。房子的尺寸和比例与周围的旧农舍相关。干净、抽象的传统体块用当代的表皮包裹，覆盖了所有的窗户和凉廊，创建出无个性特点、无窗户的外立面。通过线条形式表现的表皮是抽象的——包括南、北立面和一层木质百叶窗的水平线条，以及屋顶金属的垂直条纹。北面的凉廊和南面作为遮蔽，保护家庭避免外人直视房子，但同时拥有周围景色的视野。百叶窗的开放或关闭决定于天气和居住者的心情。

From the architect. The simple house is a project for a small single-family home in the picturesque area of Kropa, Slovenia. The basic shape of the house is archetypical – a clean volume with a pitched roof. The size and proportions of the house are related to the old farmhouses in the surroundings. This clean, abstracted traditional volume is wrapped in a contemporary envelope, which covers all the windows and loggias, creating an anonymous, windowless exterior. The envelope is abstracted through a pattern of lines – horizontal lines of wooden louvres on the southern and northern facade and the ground floor, and vertical lines of metal joins on the roof. The louvres on the northern and southern facade serve as a veil, and protect the family from people looking into the house, but at the same time allow views of the surrounding landscape. The louvres can be open or closed depending on the weather and the mood of the occupants.

The house was constructed from ecological and economical materials which require very little maintenance. The house is constructed from prefabricated wooden frames, which were assembled on-site in a matter of days. The roof and facade are made of zinc sheet ,metal and wood, which require very little maintenance.

房子运用了非常低的自然技术——屋顶的太阳能收集和中央加热的设备是仅有的技术元素。尽管缺乏特殊表皮的强制通风设备，运行的花费还是很低的。

The house is very low-tech in nature – solar heat collectors on the roof and the central heating plant are the only technological elements. Despite lack of forced ventilation of special envelope seals the running costs are very low.

空间的分配以功能为主，以“无廊道”设计为基础，空间可以自然地与其它空间相连接。房子的外部使用由天气和居住者的心情决定。“在较冷的天气里，我们使用南面的阳台。夏天，我们躲在南面平台的阴影下。最主要的是，我们保持所有平台开放，维持与房子的衔接。有时，如果我们需要隐私空间，只要简单地在隐藏自己在我们的房子里放松。

The distribution of spaces is very functional, based on a “corridorless” design, with spaces smoothly connection to each other. The exterior of the house is used depending on the weather and mood of the occupants – to quote the owner: “In the colder days, we use the southern terrace. In summer, we hide from the heat in the shade of the northern terrace. Mostly, we keep everything open, and communicate throughout the house. And sometimes, if we want privacy, we simply wrap ourselves in our little cocoon and relax.”
