3+ architecture's L-shaped residence in crete is oriented to offer sea views

the building’s outside elevations are austere in order to ensure privacy, while primary living accommodation is placed at the junction between the home’s two perpendicular volumes. 3+ architecture has instilled a sense of openness and transparency that allows internal space to spill out onto a terrace that contains a large swimming pool. timber screens are used as filters to control sunlight, protecting residents from the region’s hot summer sun.
