新雅皮 New Yuppies - InterContinental BeijingSanlitun



酒店设计的灵感来源于建筑外立面六边形钻石的元素，通过对钻石形成的分析：由粗矿的原石不断提炼，最终形成精美的钻石；The designconcept of the hotel was inspired by the hexagonal diamond element in the building facade. Through the analysis of the formation of diamond, which ismade from constantly refining of rough stone;

设计运用钻石的切割及光泽的特点来塑造空间，从建筑感的平面布局到立面的细节都贯穿这一初衷。the design adopted the cuttingand luster characteristics of diamond to shape the space. This concept isthroughout the architectural plan layout and every elevation detail. Eachdetail is a story; a stylish and avant-garde space scene is created by theatmosphere of lighting, stylish furniture and exquisite artworks.

CCD希望打造一个“新雅皮（New Yuppies）”风格的酒店。之所以说“新”是因为以前一说到雅皮容易联想到的是积极上进、自信坦然、温文尔雅、追求时尚生活，但色彩上却往往只有黑白灰。CCD intendedto create a "New Yuppies" style hotel. It is "new" for thattypical Yuppies symbolizes the pursuit for positive, confident, calm, gentleand fashionable life, with main colors of black, white and grey.

而CCD为三里屯洲际打造的是新雅皮风格：依然追求甚至引领时尚潮流，但是色调却不是只有黑白灰，甚至用宝石蓝作为主色调，营造未来感兼科技感的前卫氛围。CCD's NewYuppies for InterContinental Beijing Sanlitun stuck to the pursuing of fashiontrend, but the color is not only black, white and grey; gemstone blue is actingas the main color to create an avant-garde atmosphere of future and technology.

室内设计力图与建筑设计的思想一致，并充分利用现有建筑的空间进行再设计，以创造出一个布局合理、使用方便、舒适高雅，且有利于经营管理的室内空间。The interiordesign is in line with architectural design and makes full use of the spaces ofthe existing building, in order to create a convenient, elegant and comfortableinterior space with reasonable layout, which is conducive to efficient business management and development.

例如，充分利用建筑主体结构的优缺点，将空间中较为“碍事“的“结构柱”与定制弧形沙发结合，并与隔断、下沉吊顶等形成一个又一个虚拟空间，使不同功能的空间既能彼此独立，又能保持大空间流通感的恢宏感。For example, by making full use of the advantages and disadvantages of the main structures,the structural column in the way is combined with custom-made arc sofa, formingvirtual spaces together with the partition and sinking ceiling. In this way,different functional spaces are independent of each other, while maintaining amagnificent  sense of the grand space circulation.

设计以空间场景的塑造为出发点，不止于表面的装饰，更多的运用建筑的处理手法来划分空间。使各空间相互渗透，营造出虚实穿插的视觉体验。The interiordesign started from shaping space scene; it is not only about the surfacedecoration, but also dividing the spaces in an architectural way.Spaces arepenetrated into each other, creating an visual experience of alternation ofvirtual and reality.

大堂的建筑空间较为狭长，进深较短。这样的先天条件激发了我们在空间处理上的灵感。我们运用精致的特殊玻璃结合水芯片的屏风及层架划分出空间的段落，使狭长的大堂区域营造出不同的空间场景。The architectural space of the lobby is longand narrow with short spatial depth, this existing condition inspired CCD onthe spatial processing. CCD broke the traditional design techniques for alobby, they adopted the way for a fashion boutique store to create the lobbyinto a stylish avant-garde space. CCD separated the spaces by using screenand  shelves which are made of exquisitespecial glass and crystal, creating different space scenes in the long andnarrow lobby area.

大堂另外一个引人注目的地方是植物墙，同样是钻石切割拼法的设计，绿植错落有致地置于其上，如神来之笔，让空间顿时有了活力和生机。大堂吧的设计延续了钻石切割的处理手法，倾泻而下的发光艺术装置更是让人眼前一亮。Another eye-catching place in the lobby is the plant wall,designed by the same method of diamond cutting and patchwork, where greenplants are scattered in a well-arranged way, giving the space vigor andvitality. The design of the lobby bar continued the treatment of diamondcutting, where luminous art installation is pouring down and make an impressionto the guests.







▲西班牙“热点”餐厅

3楼为餐厅层，5个餐厅相得益彰地分布在3楼，让食客们可根据口味和心情轻松选择。首先进入人们视线的是奔放的”热点“餐厅（西班牙）及”热点“吧，红色配上铜管隔断将西班牙风情演绎得恰到好处。Thethird floor is for dining, where 5 restaurants are distributed, so that peoplecan have choose from them according to their taste and mood. The Top TapasRestaurant and Top Bar are the first two spaces coming into the public eye,decorated with red color and copper pipe partition to show the Spanish styleproperly;

“爱马仕橙“为主色调的”盈“中餐厅（全日制餐厅）环绕着”盈“料理（日料）；Ying Japanese Restaurant is surrounded by Ying Chinese Restaurantwith "Hermes orange" as the main color;

开放式工业风的“恰“餐厅（牛扒馆）及酒廊与”盈“餐厅”两两相望“，酒廊正对着三里屯酒吧街，夜晚坐在酒廊面对着三里屯的霓虹闪烁，氛围热烈却不拥扰。opposite to Ying Restaurant,the Char Dining Room (Steak House) & Lounge is in open industrial style.The Lounge faces Sanlitun Bar Street. Sitting in the lounge at night and facingSanlitun neon flashing, it has an atmosphere of ardency without beingdisturbed.

酒店设计上的创新创意点很多，最具特色的如客房的圆形布局将原本呆板的45㎡变得极为艺术而前卫，空间利用上也更加开敞便利。There are a lot of innovations in design, the most unique one is the circular layout of theroom, which makes the original rigid 45 square meters guestroom artistic,avant-garde, more open and convenient.

位于22层的行政酒廊被打造成一个摩登空间，明丽跳跃又不失优雅的撞色可以唤醒雅皮士们本真的青春，私人party？这里当然是不二之选。The ExecutiveLounge on the 22nd floor is created into a modern space, where the bright andelegant color contrast can awaken the youth of Yuppies. This is certainly the best place for a private party.

总统套房的设计沿用了时尚精品店概念，而且选择了优雅的DIOR（迪奥）品牌的元素。比如，DIOR代表性的金色和白色被运用到墙壁、屏风、灯具等设计中。The design ofthe presidential suite continued the concept of fashion boutique store, and haschosen the elements of the elegant DIOR brand. For example, DIOR'srepresentative gold and white are applied to the designs of wall, screen, lampand so on.

这次的艺术品选用“纸、钢、木”等材质，特别定制专属此酒店的艺术文化。绿植是设计中的DNA，让空间拥有更多的自然生机。There are someartworks which are exclusively customized for the hotel based on its artisticculture, with main materials as paper, steel and wood. Green plant is the DNAof the design, so that the space has more natural vitality.
