Sculptor gives vintage Louis Vuitton bags a star wars universe reboot

A stormtrooper, an Indianapolis-based sculptor, and a pack of Louis Vuitton bags walk into a bar. The Louis Vuitton bags order rum and cokes; the indianapolis-based sculptor orders the contents of a nearby garbage can; the stormtrooper orders an air strike and the deathstar blows everyone up. A tragic scenario, but if somehow the force was with sculptor Gabriel Dishaw and if somehow he survived, the artist would have a field day in the rubble and wreckage. In Dishaw’s hands, Louis Vuitton bags are even more beautiful after he rips them to shreds.

Many of the pieces are on display at the Indiana state museum Imax theater for the showing of star wars: the last jedi.
