对话与叙事

在上海虹桥商务区核心位置,更新一个回应空间主题又兼具高品质调性的场域,是需要深度思考的。位于国家会展中心和虹桥高铁站之间的这座龙湖虹桥天街,是龙湖集团在上海的首个商业旗舰项目,也是上海大虹桥标杆项目,自2016年开业,成为虹桥商务区体量最大的多业态综合体,并凭借交通优势迅速聚集极高的人气,时隔7年,全新的迭代升级,ARIZON乾正设计为龙湖开启了全新的空间叙事,以更加抽象、创新的表达方式,重构“人”和“街”的连接,打造一个正在发生对话的街区~「光汇都市」。

Dialogue and Narrative
Nestled in the heart of Shanghai's Hongqiao Central Business District (CBD), a space that not only aligns with its theme but also exudes a premium ambiance demands meticulous contemplation. Hongqiao Paradise Walk, positioned between the National Exhibition and Convention Center and Hongqiao High-Speed Railway Station, stands as Longfor Group's inaugural commercial flagship venture in Shanghai, setting a benchmark in the dynamic Greater Hongqiao area. Since its inauguration in 2016, it has evolved into the largest mixed-use complex within the Hongqiao CBD, drawing substantial attention with its strategic location. Seven years into its journey, the brand-new upgrade spearheaded by the ARIZON design team, ushers in a new era for Longfor. Embracing a more abstract and avant-garde expression, it undertakes the revitalization of the connection between "people" and the bustling “walk”, crafting a locale where ongoing conversations unfold – the "Radiant Urban".

虹桥天街作为大体量的购物中心,不仅致力于更新空间场景,对如何精确升级空间动线、功能、业态和体验,以提升购物中心坪效也是设计上重点关注的。升级后,对动线、入口、中庭、业态、场景等都进行了重新规划,动线重构与优化提升了坪效与服务设施空间,增强了游逛体验;入口的增设与革新增强了便捷性和导引,中庭的扩大与增设,让空间交互性增强,品牌重组,精准切中商办客群对于特定消费场景的新需求,满足年轻社群的生活方式。围绕社交、舒适、精致展开的场景重构,极具粘性的情感场域,为消费者提供了情绪价值。


设计挑战

将不同楼层全新空间与利旧区域融合是设计师面临的一个挑战!

称之为魔都的上海,繁华、拥挤、快节奏。而上海的烟火,或许在某条弄堂的转弯,在上百年墙壁中岁月的痕迹,又或存在曲折光亮的街巷之中,隐匿着前卫时尚的社群。

“人”和“街”的关系会因时间和空间而转移,交汇出闪亮的精神宇宙。设计师通过「光汇都市」的发想,来探讨潜藏在城市更深处的灵魂“街区”,“都市感” 是空间独特的气质,“聚汇感“则衬托出的慢生活的温度!通过充满精神特质的虹桥天街,散发出中西交汇的摩登都会感,唤起人们对于街巷和生活的记忆。

它的独特之处

设计师申俊伟的灵感源自「光汇都市」,构想点、线、面的形态,运用楼层交错的结构,营造连绵起伏、曲折回环的动线;室内构成的线形秩序,围合、拉伸,起承转合,街区像是演化成抽象的光流淌在室内,将多业态组合和共享场景皆融入到动线之内。

整体项目空间解决策略聚焦于融合与重构,旨在充分实现AB馆一期1F、B1F、B2F这三层空间的价值。

As a substantial shopping mall, Hongqiao Paradise Walk not only concentrates on refreshing spatial aesthetics but also places paramount importance on precisely upgrading circulation, functions, business formats, and experiences to optimize efficiency. Post-upgrade, the refinement and optimization of circulation, entrances, atrium, business formats, and scenes have elevated both efficiency and service facilities, enriching visitor experience. Additional entrances enhance accessibility and guidance, while the expanded atrium fosters heightened spatial interactivity. Targeted brand restructuring addresses the evolving needs of specific consumer scenarios within the business community, catering to the lifestyle of the young community. Scene reconstruction, revolving around socializing, comfort, and sophistication, establishes emotionally resonant domains, delivering significant emotional value to consumers.

Design challenge
Fusing New Spaces with Existing Areas Presents a Challenge for Designers!

Shanghai, renowned as the "magic city," pulsates with energy, crowds, and a relentless pace. Yet, the city’s allure might reside in the meandering pathways of a narrow alley, the imprints of time on centuries-old walls, or the intricacies embedded within its vibrant streets.
Amidst the avant-garde and chic community, the dynamics between "people" and bustling "walk" unfold, evolving with the passage of time and shifting spaces, crafting a luminous spiritual universe. Rooted in the concept of "Radiant Urban", designer delve into the soulful "district" concealed even deeper within the urban landscape. The distinctive ambiance of "urbanity" and the essence of "gathering" amplify the coziness of a unhurried lifestyle. Paradise Walk, adorned with spiritual nuances, emanates a contemporary metropolitan vibe at the crossroads of East and West, eliciting reminiscences of streets, alleys, and life.

The uniqueness of the project
Inspired by the concept of "Radiant Urban", designer Junwei Shen envisioned intricate forms of points, lines, and surfaces. Employing a multi-tiered structure, the project generates an uninterrupted and meandering circulation, crafting a dynamic flow. The linear arrangement within the interior, both enclosed and elongated, unfolds akin to an abstract light streaming through the space, seamlessly amalgamating diverse business formats and communal scenes into the circulation.

The overarching spatial strategy of the project revolves around integration and reconstruction to enhance the value of the three floors in Phase I of AB Complex: 1F, B1F, and B2F.

主题场景的起点是:一层主次入口,扩大进深,强化调高的整体性,解决了昭示性和引流问题

主入口10米的挑高空间里,线形律动的光像是无数条抽象的街区飘入室内,人进入的过程充满仪式感,向内引导顺光而行,这里主要强化横向人流的引导;抽象提炼出曲折的线形街道图形元素布满天花,平行的排列秩序延伸了空间,高大的门厅色调以古铜色穿插白色的光带,营造出一种复古且高贵的质感,左右两侧挑高的店铺设置展现光汇都市的摩登都会感。长达24米的蜿蜒LED屏像流星划过天空,闪耀夺目,浪漫唯美,让进入的那一刻,充满愉悦,强化了人与场景的连接。

Within the 10-meter-high space of the main entrance, the dynamic play of linear rhythms mimics numerous abstract blocks flowing into the interior. The entrance experience becomes ceremonial, gently guiding individuals inward with the interplay of light. Abstract and refined zigzagging street elements grace the ceiling, extending the spatial order in a parallel fashion. The lofty hall, adorned with antique bronze tones intertwined with white light strips, emanates a retro and noble texture. Raised shops on both sides epitomize the contemporary radiant urban essence. A 24-meter-long winding LED screen, akin to a shooting star in the sky, radiates a brilliant sparkle. It crafts a romantic and aesthetic ambiance that infuses the moment of entry with joy, connecting people with the enchanting scene.


次入口(申长路),为特定消费需求而设置的入口将人流向目标场景引导

The secondary entrance (Shenchang Road) is designed to direct traffic flow toward specific destinations tailored to distinct consumer needs.

此入口强化了垂直流线的引导,天花板的光附着在线型排列的古铜色透空铝板上,向下连绵延伸,形成交通空间上的无限流转。以极简空间构成,对比强烈的色彩,示意将人流高效引入地下二层最为核心的美食区,透过壁面的花池,绿植优美的形态和淡雅的香气为这里平添了恬静与温馨,让人心灵得到了放松与舒缓。这个预示着健康自然的专属指引,将人流引入地下二层食乐园Foodie Social。

It reinforces the guidance of vertical circulation, with ceiling-mounted lights attached to linearly arranged perforated aluminum panels in bronze color extending downward, creating an infinite circulation within the space. The minimalist spatial composition, interplay of contrasting colors, and the wall-mounted flower pond instill tranquility and warmth, fostering a relaxing and soothing atmosphere. This design signifies a dedicated pathway to health and nature, steering the flow of people towards the main food area on the underground second floor, known as Foodie Social.


次入口(天街里WALK IN),解决了地下空间与室外街联动和垂直向下引流的问题

这是一个与室外街联动的入口,人可以从室外街乘扶梯至地下一层和二层,过渡的空间同样延续了线形的构成秩序,留白的空间示意慢行或停留,密集的线型空间示意引导快速前行。

主中庭,一层主中庭的增扩,解决了地上与地下空间交互问题。

将一层主中庭原本小尺度中庭洞口扩大,退台式的结构,引导人的视线从地下一层可以窥探地下二层的活动,拉近了地上与地下空间之间的关系。

This functions as an entrance seamlessly connected to outdoor Street, providing the option to ascend escalators from outdoor Street to B1F and B2F. The transitional space extends the linear compositional order, utilizing open areas to signify a leisurely pace or moments of pause, while dense linear sections indicate a path for swift movement.
Main Atrium. The expansion of the 1F main atrium facilitates interaction between above-ground and underground spaces.
The initially modest atrium opening is now enlarged with a stepped structure, skillfully guiding consumers’ gazes from the first floor to activities unfolding on underground levels. This design fosters a more cohesive relationship between above-ground and underground spaces.


地下二层食乐园Foodie Social,解决了空间通透、游逛、聚合、停留的问题,使该区成为天街最强美食矩阵,驱动客流的引擎。它分为两个部分:美食广场和主题街

B2F (Foodie Social). The design tackles the issues of spatial transparency, strolling, aggregation, and lingering, making it the most attractive dining area on Paradise Walk. It is divided into two parts: the Food Plaza and the Themed Street.

美食广场,美食聚集区,是有闪光点的地方。由一个个发光的岛铺组成的「流光舞台」,每一个闪光点,都是像人相约一起的美食社交场,共享休息区为不同的人群提供专属场地,把人和场地联系在一起,让这个空间成为了一个独立、完整、多元的光汇都市。人们被汇集的光吸引、在曲折回环的岛铺间游逛、在都市的街道相遇……

Food Plaza: Gastronomic hub, a place of sparkle. The scattered shops are like a Luminous Stage composed of glowing islands,it is a collective space where each gleaming point represents a culinary social rendezvous, an invitation for people to gather around. The shared resting areas offer exclusive spaces for different groups. This space transforms into an independent, comprehensive, and diverse luminous city. People are drawn to the radiance, strolling amid the winding islands, encountering one another on the urban streets.

在场景打造上注重游逛体验,她如同「食间光廊」,街区是拉长的光,从流动中感受岁月的变迁,闻香食路寻找城市与生活的交点,这里为热爱文艺气质,向往精致生活的社群营造一个轻松舒适的城市慢时光生活氛围,点上一杯咖啡,坐在咖啡香气弥漫的光廊之间小憩,感受柔恬静时光。亦可以在街的交汇处的都会光景与朋友、家人相聚。

“人”和“街”的关系,是一个被无限思考且不断被重新定义的主题。本项目属于深度优化升级的成熟商业项目,充分提升了城市更新项目资产价值,激发了城市区域更新的活力!

Themed Street: Highlighting the joy of leisurely walks, this street resembles a Gastronomic Light Corridor, where the avenue is an extended stream of light, capturing the nuances of time in its flow. It beckons visitors to explore the intersections between the city and life, fostering a serene and inviting ambiance for those who appreciate artistic aesthetics and aspire to a sophisticated lifestyle. Whether indulging in a coffee break or gathering with loved ones, this space radiates a tranquil and pleasurable urban slow-paced lifestyle.
The interplay between "people" and the bustling "walk" is a theme subject to endless reflection and perpetual redefinition. As a refined commercial venture undergoing profound optimization and upgrade, this project substantially elevates the asset value through urban renewal endeavors and injects vigor into the ongoing urban revitalization.
