Innovative communal space ——「SHANXIA」
Following a comprehensive makeover, Longfor Suzhou Shishan Paradise Walk Shanxia continues its commitment to urban commerce vitality. It seeks to kindle the refined allure of city life and cultivate a fresh community aesthetic lifestyle. By merging diverse dining concepts with immersive spatial experiences, the sunken plaza of b1f has been revitalized into an innovative communal space. Through clever spatial restructuring, a meandering circulation plan, and seamless scene transitions, it reconnects with nature and simplicity, whilst blending lifestyle, consumer experiences, and business innovations. This resonates with the vibrancy of youth and local culture, making “SHANXIA”an accessible and ideal destination.
将多向性街区融合是设计师面临的挑战！
设计师通过「山下派对」的概念发想，让多向性空间以游园式动线在室内外自由游逛，在主题场景与品牌店铺之间递进式转换，置身其中像是在享受一场欢快的派对，欢聚、欢乐，同时发生，激发了空间活力，升级策略从昭示性的引导来连接室内与室外、围绕年轻社群需求来完善社交功能、重构场景化的社群空间这三大维度来展开，鼓励人们参与其中，在狮子山下游逛、社交、派对，享受当下的精致人间烟火！
Integrating Multidirectional Blocks is the Challenge for Designer!
Inspired by the “Downhill Party” concept, designer have crafted a multidirectional space that blends indoor and outdoor exploration. As visitors transition between themed scenes and brand stores, they are immersed in a dynamic party atmosphere filled with gatherings and joy. This breathes life and vibrancy into the space. The upgrade strategy emphasizes linking indoor and outdoor spaces, enhancing social functions for the young community, and restructuring communal areas with a scenario-oriented approach, fostering active participation and vibrant social experiences beneath Shizi Mountain.
开启一场欢快的「山下派对」
设计师申俊伟灵感源自「山下派对」，构想出取景山下、社交山下、趣味山下的自然状态，依托室内、外两大功能区，设定核心场景递进式变化体验，以环形游逛动线将室内大街、小巷、店铺、休闲区、庭院五大元素串联，并于外街连通，宛如正在进行一场欢快的山下派对。
整个空间与山石、林木等自然机理对话，与狮子山野趣呼应，多向性的空间与自然环境融合，石壁之间的店铺、休憩位与风景交织在一起，容纳了新园林风景，与狮子山的山石林木相互映衬。
Start a cheerful 「Downhill Part」
Designer Junwei Shen find inspiration in the “Downhill Party”concept to create a natural ambiance that captures scenes, social interactions, and amusement beneath the mountain. Across two distinct functional zones, the core scenes offer a progressive experience. A circular pathway links indoor streets, alleys, shops, leisure areas, and courtyards, and connects them with the outdoor street to evoke the spirit of a lively mountain party.
Engaging in dialogue with natural elements like rocks and trees, the space harmonizes with Shizi Mountain. The multidirectional design integrates with the natural surroundings, where shops and resting areas intertwine with the landscape, introducing a new garden scenery that complements Shizi Mountain.
进入室内美食街，犹如踏着石板路走进蜿蜒的山林之间，古铜色铝板的透空叶片的天花板，形成高低错落的层次，隐藏在叶片缝隙间的光洒下斑斓的光影，衬托出两侧的店铺亲近而温馨，游逛在光影的交织和食物的香味之中，人与“山林”相映，每一步前行都是迎面徐徐展开的自然画卷。
Entering the indoor food street feels like navigating winding mountain paths. The perforated aluminum leaf ceiling in bronze color, with its layered and staggered design, allows light to filter through the gaps to create vibrant shadows. This enhances the warmth of adjacent shops. Roaming amid the interplay of light and shadows, accompanied by the tempting aroma of food, visitors resonate with the "mountain forest," with each step unveiling a natural panorama.
大街中央岛铺的设计灵感源自山道旁的古树，人们围坐在“树下”享受美食与欢聚，呈现一处典雅的苏式生活画卷。琳琅满目的美食簇拥在“树下”,“漫山遍野”的美食让人垂涎欲滴，精致烟火气铺面而来。
The central store design in the main street draws inspiration from ancient trees along mountain paths, creating an elegant Suzhou-style life scene where people gather beneath the trees to enjoy food and socialize. A plethora of delicacies clusters beneath the "trees," presenting a tempting array of culinary delights and a refined atmosphere.
凹嵌在“石壁”内的休息区作为社交空间被强调，为游逛在此的客人提供一个休憩、社交场所，像是盘坐在别有洞天的谷口，享受这片刻的安宁。动线上被忽略的角落和空间功能融为一体，在“山下派对”这一概念下，完成提升空间价值、客户体验的统一。
The enhanced resting area nestled in the "rock walls" serves as a highlighted social space for visitors to rest and socialize, akin to sitting in a hidden valley for a moment of tranquility. Overlooked corners and spatial functionalities merge seamlessly along the pathway, elevating space value and customer experience under the concept of “Downhill Party”.
趣野庭院是三条路径交汇的核心区域，室外可以从一楼走步梯通过地下一层的庭院进入室内，庭院的入口融合了店铺和休息区，“院墙”是高挑通透的玻璃窗，坐在窗边共享大吧台，视线是庭院里的人与景，从庭院外看室内是人头攒动的人间烟火，庭院内外互为风景，人与环境形成互动，社交山下的氛围感渲染至顶点。
The playful courtyard is the core area where three paths intersect. Outdoors, access to the interior is facilitated through the courtyard on the underground first floor, reachable via stairs from the first floor. The entrance to the courtyard seamlessly combines shops and resting areas, featuring a tall transparent glass wall as the "courtyard wall." Positioned by the window, patrons can relish the spacious bar, providing a panoramic view of individuals and scenes within the courtyard. The bustling activity inside transforms into a dynamic spectacle, fostering an interactive environment where individuals and the surroundings engage, and the sociable ambiance beneath the mountain reaches its peak.
当前形势下的商业升级和迭代，如何做到利旧和创新，以有限的成本做出核心引擎的场域是需要去挑战的。「山下」的聚焦与重构，提升了核心区域存量商业更新方式，激发了存量商业转型、升级的活力。
In the evolving business scenario, striking a balance between leveraging existing assets, fostering innovation, and minimizing costs to create a core engine space is a significant challenge. The focused efforts and restructuring of 「SHANXIA」 elevate the methods of updating businesses in the core area, igniting vitality in their transformation and upgrading.
